Terraced house recent 2014, new furniture, new quality bedding, in a very quiet residential area with sunny garden at the back and 2 private parking spaces in front of the house.
Close to the CAROUAL beach (500m), the Saint Pabu beach (1km) and 2.5 km from the center of ERQUY.

séjour parfait

Logement spacieux, très bien agencé et équipé et très propre. Couchages très confortables. environnement calme et végétalisé. Petite terrasse très agréable équipé d'un barbecue. Cerise sur le gâteau, des hôtes très sympathiques qui nous ont conseillé sur les différents lieux à visiter. En bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Location Erquy

Très beau séjour la maison est top il y a tout ce qu’il faut et très agréable Mr et Mme FOURNIER sont très sympathiques et accueillant nous recommandons cette location cet endroit de Bretagne est très joli beaucoup de promenade à pied et pour notre part à vélo

Sommerurlaub

Wir haben uns für dieses Haus entschieden, da wir von dort aus sehr gut Tagesreisen in die umliegenden Städte, Sehenswürdigkeiten unternehmen konnten. Uns hat dann aber sehr überrascht wie schön die direkte Umgebung um Erquy ist. Vor allem die leeren Strände. Das Ehepaar Fournier ist überaus freundlich und sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht. Probleme werden sofort erledigt. Das Haus selber ist sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, da wir viel unterwegs waren haben wir es in vollem Umfang nicht nutzen können. Wir haben einen WLAN Zugang vermisst. Fernsehen gibt es nur Französische Sender, was allerdings für uns nicht so problematisch war. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, allerdings hatten wir auch Glück mit dem Wetter. Wir kommen gerne wieder und danken Frau und Herrn Fournier für die Gastfreundlichkeit und den Herzlichen Empfang.

Maison agréable et bien équipée mais loin du centre, obligé de prendre la voiture pour les commerces et le centre. Propriétaires agréables mais peu arrangeants et attention au surcoût de l’électricité trop peu comprise pour une semaine surtout en hors saison.

bel appartement idéalement placé à proximité d'une des plus plages des Côtes d'Armor et très calme .

Propriété datant de 2016 et disposant de tout le confort attendu en 2021. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires à chaque remise des clés.

Agréable séjour à Caroual/Erquy....

Maison fonctionnelle, clarteuse, très agréable à y séjourner, et de plus la literie est très bonne, confortable..... Environnement très calme. Pour tous ceux qui passeront par Caroual/ Erquy, nous conseillons cette petite maison de vacances.

Logement très agréable

Très beau séjour dans une maison agréable avec équipements de qualité, rien n'y manque. Endroit calme, bien situé, avec commerces boulangeries, poisonnerie ,restaurants,dans village voisin .Paysages et plages magnifiques à Erquy et alentours. Nous recommandons cette location et y retournerons avec plaisir.
