This suite is billed at $150 a night after booking for groups larger than 8 adults, or any group with fewer than 8 adults may add the optional suite to their booking if they would like the extra space. They are all connected under one roof, but each of the three units have separate / private entrances.

The property consists of THREE private units - TWO separate 2 bedroom homes - one downstairs accessible with a ramp for any ADA needs you may have and one upstairs with a fabulous huge entertainment deck and seating area. The pricing on the listing is only for the 4 bedroom home and will sleep up to 8 guests. There is also a huge private OPTIONAL King Suite (also downstairs and accessible) with a full private bathroom, kitchenette, sleeper sofa bed and living space, full size laundry room that make up the 5 bedrooms total and will accommodate / allow UP to 4 more guests to your reservation. This additional 5th bedroom space is available and can be added by all smaller groups wanting the extra space for an additional $150 a night. It is REQUIRED FOR GROUPS LARGER THAN 8 FOR $150 A NIGHT.

We do NOT charge an extra person fee.** The King suite addition is billed AFTER booking the home through Airbnb.
