One-storey villa in housing estate. Plot 560 m2. Swimming pool. Air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms. Barbecue. 35 m2 terrace with gratings. Kitchen and living room of around 40 m2. 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms. WIRELESS. Solar water heater. Immediate access to the national St Denis / Saint Pierre, it is a big advantage for who wants to move during his stay in view of the local traffic. 500 m from the lagoon, 100 m from the forest. Quiet neighborhood. It's my own house. It therefore contains some personal items.
