Top floor lakeside, 2BR + captain's loft, 2 Bath. 4 queen beds. Sleeps 6. 3 pools (2 heated), tennis court, basketball court, and fish cleaning station all on-site. You won't be disappointed.

Less than 3 miles from the famous Osage Beach Outlet Marketplace including great retailers such as Banana Republic Factory Store, Calvin Klein, J.Crew, Loft Outlet, Under Armour, and many more where you will find exceptional brands with extraordinary savings of 25% to 65%.

Newly remodeled condo with top-of-the-line furnishings, decor, and amenities. The top-floor view is one of the best in the lake. Did we mention LOCATION? An easy drive or Uber ride to anything you want to experience at the Lake. We strive to make this a lifelong memory for you and your guest and are humbled by the guest who wants to make our retreat an annual part of their lives.

Water toys such as kayaks, paddleboards, and boat slips from 10*28 up to 15*48, and even an excursion on a Captained 41' Sea Ray express cruiser can be added to your reservation, located on-site. Call or email for details.

The spectacular loft will make you feel young and playful. It is accessible by a captain's ladder. It overlooks the family room and the wall-to-wall windows in the family room. This semi-private area is a great location for kids and teens to have their own area to relax and play. It's equipped with its own TV/entertainment center. It has 2 queen-size beds that are great for lounging, reading, playing video games, or watching a movie from our library of several hundred VHS and DVDs.

Please note, that the loft is not considered a separate bedroom. It is only accessible by a captain's ladder and does not contain a window or closet. The loft ceiling is sloped and the height of the ceiling is higher in the middle. The ceiling height on either side of the loft is not standard ceiling height. Please see the picture.

Enjoyable Thanksgiving

We all had a very relaxing Thanksgiving at the lake. Room for the kids and the moms. View was awesome. Only disappointment would be no fireplace. I thought I had read electric fireplace. But none the less we had a great holiday get away.

We loved the place the only issue was the air conditioning. It just wouldn’t cool down. I know 2 days it was extremely hot but we just never got comfortable. And the master bed was not comfortable at all. Other then that we would definitely go back and stay there.

We really enjoyed this property for our weekend getaway. The bed is comfortable, the unit was clean, it’s a great location and has a great view! Even though it was cold we were able to catch some crappie from the dock! Would stay again. Thank you!

Location and a view

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and just as advertised. Love the Osage Beach area. Great view of the lake and close to plenty of restaurants and nightlife. Would highly recommend! This condo is set up great for a family, children would love the loft.

Very nice place!

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo is very nice with plenty of room. The overall cleanliness when we got there was fine, it could have been a little better but someone checked out that morning so there was minimal time before we checked in. The location is very good. We loved that we had a boat slip right in front of the condo. We did bring our pets and we appreciate that they are allowed. As for pets, the overall complex is not setup very well for taking them out to potty. If you have any physical issues with stairs, I would not recommend you stay here. There are so many stairs to get anywhere. The boat slip is 4 flights from ground level. One negative is the trash bins. You literally have to take trash to the main entrance to dump it. Overall a very nice place with great views.

Excellent location. Enjoyed the master bedroom floor to ceiling windows as I woke up every morning. The view from the balcony in the evenings of the sun setting was breathtaking and so relaxing. Highly recommend!!

Best location ever.

The location of this condo is quite ideal. And the view is perfection. We did have a couple inconveniences during our stay but nothing that could be controlled and Kurt was there for us through it all. He went out of his way to help me feel comfortable. The condo itself is very nice and clean with nice details and upgrades. Our little one barely came down from the loft she loved it so much. I’ve stay at few different places before but this one has been the best overall. I appreciate the little touches that puts this place above the rest....ie, dimmers on lights, multiple charging stations, sound machines, Bluetooth speakers and awning on back deck, cable, streaming and movies on all of the big screens TVs that are on swivel arms for best viewing, keyless entry, etc. Thanks again!

Osage Beach

The condo was very nice. I would recommend it. The reason I gave the cleanliness a 3 star was many of the pots, pans and corning ware needed to be scrubbed clean. The fireplace had not been cleaned out also. One thing I would suggest is leaving some ice melt in the unit. We had an icing and my daughter almost fell down the steps as they were a sheet of ice. She called at 7:45 am and asked if there was some in the unit but was told the maintenance guy would be by to put some down. He came about 3 pm !

Incredible View and location

Kurt’s place is a party in a box! The View, the Location, the Lake, the DISCO BALL!! It was so much fun. We watched Dave Chapelle and turned on the disco ball and truly felt like we were right there in the theatre! So fun! Kurt was super accommodating and easy to get in touch with, with any questions. We were there for work in the winter and it was perfect !

Great fishing and views

We stayed in the winter, so a quiet time in the condo complex. My family had a nice time doing distance learning and jetting outside to fish or head up the hill to play basketball.

Great location, nicely decorated and updated. Needs a bit of TLC in the kitchen(oven, cabinets, pots and pans), vertical blinds missing slats. Overall it was fine

Everything we needed to relax!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this property. Walked in to a clean, comfortable home that was well stocked and inviting. The views are so relaxing and I will miss waking up to the sunrise and water views! Kurt was very accommodating and responsive and we will look to come back again!
