About this property

New chalet 35 m2 with covered terrace and garden enclosed grounds of 200 m2 with barbecue. It is located in a PRL beachfront with indoor heated pool (open May to September). The cottage consists of a main room with TV, a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave ...), 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with twin beds), a bathroom with double sinks, and shower. The toilet is separated.
No smoking, no pets rental.
Necessary for Baby (cot, deckchair) on demand.
Pillow cases, sheets, duvet covers and towels are not provided.
For entertainment, play area for young children, board games, books, equipped game room with a pool table and a ping-pong table and petanque. WIFI with purchase of tickets to the nearby goalkeeper week.
Near a small fishing port, the PRL location will allow you to access the trail by foot from the waterfront at the auction in the town center with its shops and restaurants.
Many museums and historical sites to visit to relive the history of the landing beaches. Beautiful vistas, walks, fishing on foot ravieront lovers of nature and allow you to relax.

Een super mooi huisje vlakbij zee

Het ontvangst was al erg goed. Stipt zoals afgesproken werden we ontvangen en begeleid naar het huisje. Alles werd zorgvuldig uitgelegd. Het huisje is super nieuw maar heeft wel alles, incl. vaatwasser en wasmachine (mocht je die nodig hebben). Heerlijke stoelen om in te liggen en een BBQ in de tuin. Genoeg privacy door de palmboom en het groen. Ook het vertrek ging weer heel erg goed. Zijn er ook minpunten: eentje maar dat wisten we al. De wifi-ontvangst is minder maar dat wisten we van tevoren, voor ons was dit geen probleem.

Une super semaine passée dans un joli chalet. Proche des sites de commémoration de la seconde guerre mondiale et pas trop loin du Mont Saint Michel. Piscine au top qui a beaucoup plu aux enfants...

Bon séjour

Location agréable, endroit au calme. Près de la mer. Piscine collective en libre accès. Beaucoup de visites aux alentours. Seul bémol: lave-vaisselle HS dès le début du séjour et pas de compensation, alors que c'était un service inclus dans le prix de la location.

Chalet entouré d'une clôture très appréciable propre et bien équipé

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans un chalet propre et bien équipé. Parc résidentiel très calme. Nombreuses visites à faire, de plus nous avons profité d'une semaine ensoleillée. Seul regret, pas d'accueil physique uniquement par téléphone... et les locations très proches l'une de l'autre... Je recommande

Très bon séjour en famille

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la structure du Parc Résidentiel de Loisirs de Grandcamp-Maisy. Les enfants peuvent aller et venir en toute sécurité à pieds, en vélo, en trottinette, etc... Le +++ est vraiment le calme et l'accès au village par un petit chemin en bord de mer. Maintenant le mot "plage" est un bien grand mot si on tient compte de la marée, des algues mais il y a la piscine couverte et chauffée très appréciable.

Prima Urlaub

Wir haben 2 Wochen zu dritt in dem fast neuen Chalet verbracht. Die Lage ist gut, oben auf dem Deich innerhalb eines lebhaften Ferienhausparks. Direkt angrenzend befinden sich weitere Mobilheime und ein Campingplatz, die besonders an Wochenenden gut besucht sind. Die Ausstattung des Chalets ist komplett und für maximal 4 Personen ideal geeignet. Das Meer ist nur weinige Schritte entfernt, allerdings ist hier kein Badestrand. Dafür muss man mindestens bis Grandcamp-Maisy gehen oder fahren. In den Ferienhauspark kommt morgens ein Bäcker. Alle weiteren Dinge (Restaurants, Supermarkt, Post, Bank, Fischmarkt etc.) gibt es im Ort, der etwa 1km entfernt liegt. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei, womit wir die Wege in den Ort gut erledigen konnten. Der überdachte Pool im Ferienpark ist immer gut besucht, besonders an heissen Tagen. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung des Ferienparks erfolgt ausschließlich in französicher Sprache. Grundkenntnisse sind unbedingt erforderlich. Die Lage ist ideal zum Erkunden der zahlreichen D-Day-Museen entlang der Küste. Bis Pointe du Hoc und Omaha Beach sind wir bequem mit dem Fahrrad gefahren. Cap la Hague oder Mont Saint Michel ist jeweils ein Tagesausflug mit dem Auto. Wir würden ohne Einschränkung noch einmal kommen.

Prima chalet

Heerlijke week gehad in dit prima (nieuwe)chalet op loopafstand van het strand en het dorp. Een nadeel was bij eb de doordringende geur van zeewier. De ontvangst door de beheerster was ronduit "knullig"te noemen. Meerder gasten arriveerden om 15 uur en allen moesten geruime tijd wachten in de stromende regen tot de sleutel van je verblijf uitgereikt werd. Ook je vertrek kan pas om 10 uur terwijl je alles ingepakt hebt en het chalet schoon is.Heel vervelend om dan te moeten wachten op de eindcontrole. Het chalet is zeer volledig ingericht met zelfs een vaatwasser en wasmachine.

Mooie Chalet

Prachtige nieuwe complete Chalet, heel netjes op een mooie locatie aan zee en vlakbij een vissersplaatsje. Een klein minpuntje, wij wilden 's ochtends om 8.00 uur vertrekken, de dag daarvoor nog gecheckt er zou vanaf 8.00 uur iemand op de receptie aanwezig zijn, maar helaas lag deze dame nog te slapen en konden wij een uur later weg. Fijne vakantie gehad, veel gezien, heel indrukwekkend!
