Perfect stay for the weekend with my dogs. Loved how it was close to many attractions as well as public transportation to get downtown. Parking was a little difficult at times but very understandable given the location. Would definitely stay again when back in Denver!
We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment. Centrally located in walking distance to many great locations. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in Denver.
Overall our stay went very well. Our host was very friendly and helpful. The location was a real treat with the park and local restaurants near by. The apartment was quaint and nostalgic.
Finding parking was a bit of a pain but you developed a system after a few times. I also suggest you purchase your own toilet paper.
This was our first VRBO and I was impressed.
Cute place! It’s a basement apartment with all you need to enjoy your stay. The bed is comfortable, tv works, we even had some complementary coffee. It is a simple place, but our plans were to be out and about for our stay, so it was perfect.
We stayed 2 nights and loved the place! The only thing to note is the ceilings are very low, we are both 5’5” and were able to fully touch it. Other than that, nice open space with perfect amenities and size for 2.
Lovely place! Christopher introduced and made himself available with immediate responses to any questions. The apartment is very pleasant, quiet and comfortable. Good value. Great neighborhood with a local vibe of dog walkers and joggers to the park.
We stayed for four nights. We had good communication with the owner and loved being close to the park. Our relatives live close and it was helpful to have the personal space.
We would stay again.
We loved the record player.
Such a great location for everything I had planned! East walk to Thump coffee, took bus to Globe Hall, Meow Wolf and Molly Brown House Museum. Didn’t need to contact host as everything was as described! Would definitely book again!

Perfect Location great accomodations
We were visiting our daughter and really enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't be better and the apartment was great. Chris was very accommodating and gave us great directions and advise on the area. The apartment is very clean and bed really comfortable. It exceeded our expectations.

rundown
stained towels but smelled clean. great great location. very old unit, which is fine but cleanliness sub par. Hair on floor, coffee grinds on coffee bar, no paper towels (probably not required). I slept on top of comforter with blanket to avoid sheets, pillows were clean so sheets likely too but the hair thing is my turn off and therefore avoid the sheets. Overall unit is fine for not being there much, just needing a bed to sleep on. Would most likely not rebook this unit even based on location. I like to stay near Cheesman Park.
This property is conveniently located in Denver. I felt safe and secure with the locked gate. Parking was on the street, however it was easy and there are no meters. I would stay here again.
This place needs some serious cleaning! Moly shower curtain liner and wood trim in bath is moldy too. Both faucets leak and water puddles on the vanity. The entrance picture is the front door to the main house. The “real” room for rent is in a converted basement. Worse than a college freshman dorm!
Chris was lovely, my husband and I aren’t used to snow and Chris helped clean up the property and shovel the snow for us. The location was great, close drive to all the good restaurants, nice walk to cute and cozy local coffee shops. Only complaint I have was the washer and dryer weren’t accessible to us during our stay, but other than that the amenities were great, parking wasn’t bad and he kept the place warm and cozy. Would recommend!
Husband and I reserved this listing for 3 nights but left after 30 minutes and never returned.
As the listing notes, the parking is very limited on the street. Cars are bumper to bumper and many look like they never move. After circling a few times, we found a spot.
The exterior stairs down to the below ground unit had not been swept and the landing was quite dirty. This trend continued into the unit. We had to wipe off the couch of dirt clots before sitting down on the old futon couch and old chair. The bedding also looked very dated. It's the kind of place you want to keep your flip flops on in the unit. Husband is 6" tall and had to duck his head in some areas of the unit.
As stated in the listing, it is a basement unit. You can hear the owner above and the tapping of their dog's nails over your head.
After 30 minutes, we decided to leave and find a hotel that was clean.
Other reviewers liked the location and it is near a pretty park. It just wasn't appealing for us.
