Enjoy this private oasis located at Treasure Island just steps from the beach and John's Pass board walk. The studio unit provides private parking for more than 6 cars, privacy fence, privacy patio and boat dock.

A perfect combination of the best beach in Treasure Island and a beautifully updated studio condo. The private balcony gives the perfect view for watching the Dolphins or the world-famous Sunset; close enough to hear the waves. This condo softly whispers "Relax".

This 2nd floor condo (private house- very quiet location) is furnished with a new premium quality Queen size bed, and a futon for children or an adult, comfortable linens, dining area for three, additional seating, 48" flat screen TV, DVD player and a CD player. The kitchenette will take care of your vacation cooking needs, and is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils as well as a full complement of dishes, glassware, and flatware. Washer and dryer also in the studio.

--Great Treasure Island location minutes away from shopping, restaurants, activities, and watercraft rentals, or a little longer walk up the sand to John’s Pass Village

A cozy, clean place to stay packed with amenities & perks (most of which we didn't have time to use but would have if we had stayed longer). The condo was beautiful, the pool was glorious. Highly recommend.

Celebrating a new job after three months of unemployment and stress, my wife and I found this cozy condo near the beach and Inter Coastal in Treasure Island. We loved the view, pool, hot tub and proximity to the beach. We hope to return.

We loved it so much the 1st time, we went back. My sister and I enjoy this property/location tremendously and would easily recommend it to others (even at the risk of it being less available for us, hahaha!). The only small suggestion to make is maybe to have more hooks on the walls to hang purses or hats. We will be back for sure :) Thanks for the great stay away!

My hubby rented this unit for me for the weekend 5/12-5/14. It was just perfect. Great setting on a canal, short walk to beach, restaurants, etc. Very quiet and relaxing. Unit was very clean & had everything you could need & then some. Sparkling pool, use of bikes, towels, etc. Hosts communicated very well & easy check in. Comfortable bed too. We’ll lit outside. Would love to book again.

The owners were nice! The pool and hot tub was nice! They advertised amazing views, the view from our balcony was the back of a dirty building and old boats. The mattress was lumpy and we woke up with backaches every morning! The couch bottomed out, very uncomfortable! We will never return!

Perfect vacation location!
Excellent accommodation. Loved the bikes, the bed, the shower, the location and the balcony. Only glitch was our search criteria was for the pool/hot tub and it seemed to not be easily utilized without the owners assistance and we didn’t want to inconvenience them each time we wanted to use the hot tub. The view from the balcony is beautiful no doubt but is on the canal and you can’t see the sunset from the balcony over the Gulf of Mexico. Would def return.

Our place was a great getaway place for a couple
My daughter and I came for a weekend getaway. It was convenient to everything. The property manager lives on the property and is very nice. The only thing to be aware of is the place we were in was really for a couple. I slept on the futon bed and it was very uncomfortable. Also, keep the door closed because it is very noisy late night and early morning.

Short vacation
This was a very nice and comfortable studio apartment. Had all the necessities you would need for a stay in Florida. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom is large enough for 2 people getting ready. This studio apartment is close to many restaurants and the beach. Very short drive to John’s Pass and many of the other towns on Gulf Boulevard. I would definitely recommend it to a couple who just wants to get away for awhile from their home.

Just shy of perfection!!
About a half-hour UBER ride from St.Pete/Clearwater PIE airport. The owner(s) are delightful & present when help is needed. The condo is a great little home away from home (though wouldn't recommend a stay in this unit for people who won't share a bed). Convenient space, great setup, large bathroom, good-sized kitchen area with all you need to feel at home. We saw tons of wildlife (geckos, pelicans, cranes, even dolphin & manatee sightings....) right from our balcony and really enjoyed the privacy the unit provided. The pool area was fully equipped with patio furniture and the pool itself was lovely and VERY appreciated. There's access to all you could want for a day at the beach (wheeled cart, towels, parasol...if memory serves I think there was even a cooler or two...) A less-than 10-minute walk to the public beach and a lot of convenient shops, restaurants & activities are within walking distance (there are even bikes available at the condo, which we unfortunately never got around to using this trip). The Suncoast Beach Trolley (on Gulf Blvd) can take you all the way up to busy Clearwater in under an hour and with a $5 all-you-can-ride paypass you can visit all the stops you want along the way (like beautiful John's Pass/Madeira beach)!! The only thing that would make this location better is if you could walk out the door and be on the beach lol, but then your wouldn't have the amazing calm & private feel, so it was a fair trade-off in our books! Highly recommend (& will hopefully stay again)!!! I can't stop saying what a great time/experience we had 😁😎 Thank you again Bella (& Mark)!!

Relaxing and clean!
This property was perfect for our weekend getaway! The unit was in a building with just 3-4 other residents. It was not on the main busy street but still close enough to walk or bike to the beach. The pool and balcony overlooked the canal and you could hear live music from downtown if they were playing outside and also wee the sunset. The pool was lovely! It got more morning sun than evening sun, but a great spot that wasn’t crowded with loads of other people. The room was clean and as pictured. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to make a few meals in the unit. The bed was comfy and linens were clean and comfortable. The bathroom has a sliding door and shower was a large walk-in. The beach chairs and umbrella in the unit were greatly appreciated and the beach towels allowed us to not pack the bulky stuff. The owners were available if we needed anything and when we asked for recommendations they gave us a couple of great suggestions that made our trip even better. We would absolutely recommend this unit to other travelers who aren’t looking for the ‘big hotel resort’ crowds but still want a clean room with amenities.

First year on the intercoastal waterway. Property has great views of waterway. Neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet..very helpful, accessible and friendly owners..

Beautiful property on the water with a private pool
March 2019 We stayed at Treasure Island for a week and it was a wonderful experience. This property is on a quiet street but still close to all restaurants and shops.
