Fewo in guter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt an der Straße in den Ort Castiglione, so dass man fußläufig in 10-15 Minuten dort ist. Wenige Minuten zur Bäckerei und zum Tante-Emma-Laden. 5 Minuten sind es bis zum Strand! Die Gastgeberin wohnt im gleichen Haus und ist unglaublich hilfsbereit falls mal etwas sein sollte. Bei gutem Wetter kann man im Innenhof der zur Wohnung gehört frühstücken. Das Auto stellt man am besten auf die Piazza Lampedusa in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Bello l'appartamento, comodissimo e non trascurabile... il posteggio! I proprietari ti fanno trovare tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere un soggiorno tranquillo. Ci siamo gustati la terrazza (colazione, pranzo e cena sempre fuori!) Un grazie per la gentilezza è la disponibilità. Torneremo.

Confortevole vacanza

Buongiorno, consiglio questo appartamento perche' confortevole ideale per due persone con cagnolino al seguito come noi il quale ha usufruito dello spazio fuori della casa recintato con anche comodita' di mettervi l'auto. Altra cosa favorevole il mare di fronte vicino raggiungibile in due minuti a piedi e supermercati e servizi vari tutti nelle vicinanze. Proprietari molto disponibili e cordiali lo consiglio vivamente

Ottima esperienza con peloso al seguito

Abbiamo soggiornato con un cane. Il cortile è stato molto sfruttato ed è ampio abbastanza per tenere anche la macchina parcheggiata. Ottima posizione per il mare e per il centro città. Una cosa molto apprezzata è stata quella di avere oggetti utili che permettono di rendere il soggiorno più confortevole come in una vera casa ma che sono difficili da trovare in una casa vacanza . I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili.

Sehr liebe Vermieter, kurze Strecke zu schönen Sandstränden, E-Bike Nutzung war super

Alles lief sehr gut, wir kamen aufgrund eines Staus viel später an, war kein Problem, Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit, war ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Wohnung sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Dusche müsste saniert werden. Hinterhaus zur Hauptstrasse. Insbesondere am Wochenende sehr viel Lärm durch die vorbeifahreenden Autos. Vermieter sehr freundlich und nett.

geweldig, rustig klein appartementje, met grote patio

Prima accommodatie in een rustig deel van het dorp. vlakbij boulevard en strand, bos om de hoek, brug over gaan en je hebt volop keus uit gelegenheden om te eten, drinken of lekker te wandelen in het drukkere deel van het dorp. Parkeren met een grote auto of bus kan op een parkeerterrein vlak bij de accommodatie. Lokaal een bakker, slagerij en klein winkeltje met levensmiddelen. Voor andere boodschappen 2 supermarkten op 1,5 km. Op zaterdag een grote markt net over de brug op een parkeerterrein. De verhuurders zijn ontzettend gastvrij en het appartement compleet, netjes en heel schoon. Grote patio met 2 tafels en stoelen, parasol en buiten fonteintje.

AMBIENTE FAMILIARE

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dal 1 al 10 settembre 2018, siamo stati benissimo l'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione, il mare è vicinissimo a piedi e il centro di Castiglione si raggiunge in 15 minuti, sempre a piedi, proprietari gentili e disponibili, consigliato per le famiglie!

appartamento di mare con soggiorno spazioso, ben tenuto, attrezzato e molto pulito. comodo per chi ha bimbi con passeggino in quanto si può entrare e lasciare in soggiorno i passeggini che nn imbrogliano. posto auto davanti a casa in cortile privato attrezzato con tavoli e ombrellone per pranzare e lavandino esterno. nn ci sono pericoli per i bambini! padroni di casa sempre presenti (negozio adiacente) e cordialissimi. consigliato!!

Zweckmässige Ferienwohnung und sehr gut gelegen.

Antonella ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wir konnten sie jederzeit zu Tipps für Aktivitäten und Ausflüge anfragen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und die Bett-/Frottierwäsche wird nach einer Woche erneuert. Das Wohnzimmer ist etwas dunkel, ist dafür jedoch im Sommer sicher angenehm kühl. Die Waschmaschine ist ein älteres Modell, ist aber funktionstüchtig und wird gemäss Antonella in naher Zukunft ersetzt. Für das eigene Fahrzeug steht direkt vor der Wohnung ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Dank kurzen Wegen zum Strand und ins Altstädtchen ist vieles zu Fuss machbar. Wir würden wieder hier Ferien machen!

Appartamento molto in ordine e sistemazione semplice e di gusto.

Io, mia moglie e il nostro Border Collie abbiamo soggiornato una settimana a cavallo di Capodanno. Le preoccupazioni a livello di riscaldamento prima dell'arrivo si sono rivelate infondate all'atto pratico, pur con temperatura esterna molto rigida. Parcheggio comodo. Tutto ok. Padroni di casa gentili e riservati. Che bello il mare d'inverno!

Zweckmäßige Wohnung mit Autoabstellplatz, Strandnähe

Antonella ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die sehr gut Englisch spricht und uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants geben konnte! Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, aber etwas dunkel und kühl, was im Hochsommer sicher sehr günstig ist. Wir fanden es sehr praktisch, dass man das Auto direkt vor der Haustür im Hof abstellen konnte. Es sind nur wenige Meter bis zum wirklich schönen, langen Sandstrand. Auch das Zentrum von Castiglione ist in ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.

VACANZA TRANQUILLA!!

L'accoglienza dei proprietari è stata buona e tanta la disponibilità nel fornirci informazioni sul posto, anche perché l'apparta è situato posteriormente alla loro attività. In casa l'arredamento è minimal ma non manca nulla. Là cucine è leggermente datata e andrebbe sostituita anche se completamente funzionante, come la lavatrice, un po' vecchiotta. La pulizie era discreta. La posizione è ideale per la spiaggia, sono presenti stabilimenti balneari ma anche tratti di spiaggia libera. Un po' meno favorevole invece la posizione rispetto al centro per raggiungere il quale è consigliato l'uso della bicicletta. A piedi ci si impiega circa 15 minuti. È una località più adatta alle famiglie visto le scarse attrazioni per il divertimento giovanile.

Vacanza meravigliosa

Alles war einfach spitzenmäßig.

Die Eigentümerfamilie ist einfach Super. Das Appartment ist Top ausgestattet und super sauber, es fehlt einfach an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt, als wären wir bei unserer Familie zu Besuch. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder. Mille Grazie Antonella e Claudio.

Bell'appartamento vicino al mare e alla pineta

Abbiamo soggiornato in quest'appartamento per una settimana. Antonella e la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili ad aiutarci. L'appartamento è perfettamente attrezzato di tutto ciò che può servire, corrisponde perfettamente alle descrizioni. Al piano terra con cortiletto x parcheggiare. Vicinissimo al mare (150mt) e alla splendida pineta, sia spiaggia attrezzata che libera. Vicinissimo a supermercato,farmacia, tabaccheria,bar, estetista...Eravamo 3 adulti. Posto da raccomandare, come ho già fatto con amici. Grazie Antonella e familiari.

Posto tranquillo a pochi passi dal mare

L'appartamento corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, è vicinissimo al mare (2-3 minuti a piedi) e a 10 minuti di camminata dal centro storico. Molti servizi (giornalaio, tabaccaio, bar, panetteria, benzinaio, alimentari) sono a portata di mano. La proprietaria è disponibilissima in ogni ora della giornata. Tranquillità e relax sia di giorno che di notte. Pulizia ottima.

POSTO TRANQUILLO E MARE PULITO
