Welcome to The Breakers ! Let your vacation begin ! Newly remodeled October 2023, all rooms freshly painted with soothing colors, new back-splash in kitchen, Master Bath with new Shower Stall !! Tastefully furnished with designer touches. This NON-SMOKING, two-bedroom, two-bath, 1200 square foot beachfront condo has a king-size bed in master bedroom, a queen side bed and a set of bunk beds in the guest bedroom, plus we have a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. Relax in front of the 60 inch flat screen TV in the living room or watch a movie on the DVD player. We also have a DVD player in the master bedroom. The Master Bath has been remodeled with a tiled Shower stall and rain showerhead. The guest bathrooms is a tub/shower combination.
The newly remodeled kitchen has new appliances, including a double door refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, as well as a washer/dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. Sit out on the balcony with your morning coffee or cool drinks in the afternoon. Watch the boats go by or try to count the schools of dolphins swimming just off the water's edge. Nothing between you and the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico except for the sugar white sand. The pool is beach side, the perfect place to "catch some rays" while relaxing on the ample lounge chairs.
LOCATION ! LOCATION ! LOCATION ! We are just across the street from three supermarkets, a dozen or more great restaurants, several ice cream shops, and an up-scale shopping center. Awesome Beach Vacation

Our stay was amazing. Owners were very polite and helpful. Property is very well kept. Pictures don't do the views justice. Watch dolphins from the balcony. You can walk to tons of stuff from the property. Only negative I can think of is the pool isn't heated, but that didn't stop the kids from swimming! We will definitely be back!

We loved the property and the condo, itself. The view was perfect!!! Everything was clean and well stocked. Some previous guests had left coffee filters and a pepper shaker, so that was 2 less things we needed. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a couple meals. Perfect!

This condo had a perfect view and location. It was small enough that we never waited in lines for the elevator and always had plenty of room to spread out on the beach. Can’t wait to return.

Perfection

We stayed at this is location for the first time and it was more beautiful in person than it was in the pictures. The view from the master bedroom is absolutely breath taking and like a dream to wake up like that every morning. The owners were very quick to respond if we needed anything. The location was great, right on the beach and right across from anything we needed. We cannot wait for our next trip back!

Perfect Ocean Stay

LOVED our stay! Would highly recommend. Property manager was quickly responsive to communication and we were able to check in a little early. The sunrises were lovely, plenty of shells to be collected and sandy perfect beaches to play on. Perfect location close to stores food and ice cream. Our family had a blast! Thanks!

Can’t beat this place!

With direct access to the beach and restaurants right across the street, this is the most convenient place ever! You won’t need to move your car. This condo has everything needed—from beds to kitchen utensils. Communication with the property manager provided all info in plenty of time. Had a great time here!

Orange Beach 2023

We had the most amazing week in this beautiful condo. It is so close to the beach, the pool, shopping, and restaurants. It had the most amazing views from the master bedroom and balcony. We hope to book again for next year.

My family and I loved our little condo! There was plenty of space for our three under 10 kiddos, my spouse, and I! It was right on the beach, and right across the street from all of the essential stores. It was also close by to some of the more reputable restaurants!

Beautiful condo in a great location!

The condo was beautiful and spacious. The crow fro the room was Amazon. Everything was spotless. The beach was easily accessed as well as several grocery stores and restaurants!

Our family takes an annual summer trip to Orange Beach. This was our favorite condo thus far. Everything was perfect, the location, cleanliness, it was updated, comfortable and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to visit again next year!

Great location, great condo!

This condo at The Breakers is adorable. There was a group of 4 of us, and we had plenty of room. The unit appears to be newly decorated- so, so cute and comfortable. The walk to the beach is a short one which is really nice. The location cannot be beat either. We were within walking distance to Wal-Mart, Rouse’s Market, and Publix. There are also tons of restaurants and retail nearby. When we arrived, the elevator was out of order, but after I made a call to the owner, it was repaired within an hour. Great place. I will be back.

We loved our condo! Very clean and pretty! We would definitely come back to this condo!

Great experience. Huge rooms and lots of space. Awesome view in our ocean front condo. . We loved that it was a short walk from our condo to the water. Very pretty and updated. Very comfy beds, except one side of master bedroom bed. It was somewhat saggy on half of it. That is our only complaint! Great trip and experience!

Overall pleased

The condo was very nice and clean. Beds super comfy, livingroom furniture no so much so. Ice maker was freezing over so no ice but Farris’s brought us 2 bags. Put food down garbage disposal only to find out it didn’t work when I called property managers. However they immediately sent over maintenance to fix it. Sliding door was hard to open and squeaky. I told them and I’m sure it will be fixed by time for next renters. Parking pass on site says 15.00 we had to pay 20.00 not sure why. The pool only had 2 lounge chairs both broken. Take your own chairs. Only one table for entire condo to use. With all negatives stated I still will return. They were very nice and QUICK to correct any issues. First time using VRBO and to Orange Beach. We made great memories. Thank you
