We had a wonderful stay at our Cozy Cottage. Was just right for the two of us and location was super. The fresh water pond was a nice addition. We’ll be back for sure!
We loved the peaceful location. Nice and secluded area we felt like we were all alone here. It was a perfect spot for our home base on the Cape. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at cozy cottage
Cape Cod is wonderful in the early fall, less crowded but still lots to do. We loved this quiet, cozy cottage, especially all the nice decorating touches and the sunroom. We enjoyed having access to the beach at the pond and even went in for a (chilly) swim. The location is great. It's a short drive to downtown Chatham (with lots of cute shops) and to many beaches, including Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge. In about 30 minutes you can drive to Cape Cod National Seashore. We did lots of beach combing and bird watching and enjoyed watching the fishermen unload their catch at the Chatham Fish Pier (and the gray seals hanging around to eat what they dropped). There are many great seafood markets and restaurants nearby. The space heater and blankets kept us warm at night.
The location to everything Cape Cod was great. Our family loved everything about the cottage and the owner was extremely easy to work with. Highly recommend this rental
we had the best beautiful time in the cottage. Clean, sweet, comfortable and enough space for two but the biggest thing for us was the porch. Without it would have not be the same. Great addition!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a cute area with a nice restful atmosphere! I would suggest a set of towels per person per nights of stay! Also, though the mattresses were not old they were most uncomfortable! That could be improved!
We would give it an A! Pauline
This is a great little cottage. The area is very quiet and tranquill. It is very cozy and cute. We had a great time. The shower and bathroom is very tight quarters and can be a challenge at times. It was like going back in time in a good way.
We enjoyed our time at "Cozy Quarters". It was very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. We especially like sitting in the enclosed porch which had windows on three sides. The neighborhood was very quiet most likely due to the fact that it was off season. It was conveniently located near restaurants and shops. Our hostess was very responsive when we had a problem with the front door and she immediately arranged for a handy man to come and fix it. Space heaters kept us warm and comfortable on the chilly days we were there as well as the heavy blankets on our beds. The only down side were the uncomfortable mattresses.. Over all though, we were very pleased with our stay.
The cottage was super clean, cute, and welcoming to come back to each day, as it is sweet, homey, and quiet. Loved the porch, the light was beautiful, had breakfast there daily. The sofa cushions could be replaced, very flat. The shower was good, beds comfy, wifi worked fine. There were just a few issues. One of the dresser drawers was broken and we had to remove it and do our own repair in order for it to be useful. There was no place to put suitcases, as under the bed was used for other storage and closet was mostly full. Kitchen supplies could use an update, eg: non-stick pan(s), better cutting knives, etc. Another spare roll of toilet paper would have been generous. The sign on the road for the turnoff was difficult to see, especially driving west on Main Street, obscured by a bush, missed the turn several times. Recommend the community put in a light, or other innovation. All in all, we would stay in this cottage again and would recommend it, perfect for two people.
The cottage was quite nice! The kitchen was very well stocked and my initial communication with the owner was positive. While the bathroom could use bit of updating, the shower was roomy with good water pressure. The neighborhood was enjoyable as I took a walk around it. The beach and water view was in walking distance so it's a great location.
Neat and clean but hard to find at first even with GPS. Three cottage communities in a row on same pond. Small map with with printed directions would be helpful. Unable to get access to canoe, did not know who to contact to unlock. All in all had a great time. Chris and Ray.
October weekend get away in Chatham was wonderful. Great communication with Tara and her welcome packet was very helpful. Our place was clean and cute as advertised...thumb's up from us!
I really enjoyed my stay in the cottage. The location and sunroom/screened in porch are wonderful. If I didn’t feel like getting out in the evening, I would walk down to the pond with a glass of wine and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. It’s a great spot for a stay in Chatham!
We LOVED the screen porch. Beds were comfy. Bathroom very tight, a little dated, but perfectly clean and functional. Very quiet, nice little neighborhood - seems much more remote despite being right off 28. Easy access to town, and could walk to Macks if you wanted. Pond was delightful, but I wish we’d noticed the paddles and life preservers earlier in our visit! Perfect getaway for one or two, but wouldn’t recommend for parents with children, as place is quite small. We enjoyed it though, and oh, that porch!
