Apartment based in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, between the boulevard Saint-Germain and the Seine. Located on the first floor, the apartment is accessible via an inner courtyard and has a private garden.

Located near the banks of the Seine, this 100m2 apartment was redesigned by an interior designer in 2013. Accessed via a small, quiet courtyard, it is on the first floor and has a private garden.

The open-plan living area opens directly onto a large patio furnished with tables and chairs.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) and the living room offers large, comfortable seating for the whole family.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed that opens onto the bathroom with shower and bathtub. Please note that this bathroom does not have a toilet. The toilet for this room is in the hallway.

The second suite has a double bed and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

The apartment is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, wifi and television.

Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.

Excellent Property & Location

Perfect apartment for our week long stay in Paris. The location was literally one half block from the Seine, with the Louvre right across. Easy walk (5-10 minutes) to various Metro or Train stations to go anywhere around the city. And many friendly cafes close by. Having 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment allowed privacy and space, and the air conditioner (a pleasant surprise!) was definitely needed as that week Paris was experiencing a heat wave with temperatures close to 30 degrees Celsius (88-90F), plus high humidity. Clean rooms with plenty of space to relax. The apartment was on the ground floor but set back inside the building -- a very quiet space. It was very pleasant & relaxing to look outside at enclosed yard space -- a step away from the bustling city right outside the door. The welcoming agent was pleasant and provided a very thorough walk-through. It was a little quirky not to have a toilet in the Master Bedroom, and the bathroom was very, very tiny, but it really was not an issue. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location, across the river from louvre, walking distance to all museums and restaurants, didn’t use public transportation at all. Clean apart, kitchen equipped with everything you need, washer and dryer were very helpful.

Perfect location! Quiet and safe. There is a green grocer, a fabulous deli, and a cheese monger, and a Proxi market right down the street. We could not have more pleased with the location. The only suggestion we might make would be to supply more wine glasses. There were only 3.

Great visit to Paris from America (NY and CO)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and in a fantastic part of town. It felt like the soho of Paris to us. Being right by the bridge it’s easy to get to all the flagship stores, the Louvre, really anywhere. It’s very central. They even left us a few goodies to snack on. We also liked that it’s on the ground floor so we didn’t have to deal with elevators or stairs. Our welcome host, Theodora was so lovely. She really took her time to explain everything in the apartment so we were all set to enjoy our trip without any questions or concerns. We highly recommend this apartment for those of you that want the comfort and space of home in a gorgeous location. We will certainly be back!

Perfect home base in Paris

The apt. Was perfect for two couples to easily enjoy the whole city. Very spacious and well appointed. I wanted to ship our bed home it was SO comfortable. Nice linens and dishware. You couldn’t ask for more. Ground floor perfect for us over 60’s. Location cannot be beat. We loved it.

Spacious, lovely, & comfortable! Two bedrooms on opposite sides. Well equipped kitchen (adding a blender would be helpful) and there is a large table to have a meal. Outdoor patio lets lots of light in. Street level, but totally private. Right across the bridge from the Louvre on quiet street. Walking distance to eclectic restaurants and transportation. Walking distance to Sainte Germaine Blvd!. Loved it!!

Lovely surprise, convenient, clean supplies plentiful

All of us were so pleased with our apartment: fabulous location, safe area, walk to major sites: Louvre, Notre Dame, Musee de Orsey, many cafes and bakeries and local groceries. We were 3 adult women and 1 pre teen. we ate some meals on the patio, ate breakfast then took off for the day. Your staff was so nice and left us welcome gift Alicia, thank you. We left out luggage at the office prior to returning to the airport, great visit with your agency: you should open in London next.. Dolores

Lovely stay, perfect location

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment was comfortable, stylish and spacious. It was very close to a wonderful little grocery deli that made awesome foods (prawn/avocado & tomato salad, mushroom risotto, etc) and a nice café for morning cappuccinos and croissants. The apartment is within walking distance of many attractions - Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, Cafe des Flores, Le Deux Magots, Latin Quarter, Jardin de Luxembourg, etc. This place was perfect for us and the hosts were lovely.

Convenient Location, Lovely Apartment

The property is as described. It was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We did not use the outdoor area as it was chilly and we were out of the apartment during the day. (I am used to duvets in Paris, but find them too warm for spring. I'd like an alternative during warm weather). My daughter and I enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Stay was great overall. One problem is no toilet in the master bed room. The toilet across from the grand room was too small and made me claustrophobic. Also instructions on to close the shower doors and some soap dishes would be helpful. Amenities great and location the best.

Excellent Location for a Perfect Stay

This is a beautifully appointed and furnished apartment in an excellent location. High ceilings and floor to ceiling sliding doors let in loads of natural light. The outdoor patio is a bonus in good weather. It’s close to many things, including the Louvre and the Musee d’Orsay and many well-reviewed cafes and restaurants. The hosts are very gracious and left us a welcome gift of champagne and chocolates. We could not have asked for more and look forward to returning in the future!

Spacious, clean and in a fantastic location

I can't say enough about this property. Spacious,modern and functional. And the location can't be beat. The only odd thing was there is no toilet in the master suite (there's a half bath as you walk into the apartment),but far from being a deal breaker. The team met us on site at were available through the stay to answer questions. Will definitely look at staying here if (sorry, when) we return to Paris

A great apartment in a great area

We enjoyed a lovely stay at the apartment. It is very well equipped and despite being on the ground floor, is quite bright with the small courtyard providing natural light. It is very close to everything with plenty of good restaurants close by and walking distance to the Louvre and gardens.

We are seasoned Paris travelers, Every year for 30 years. This property is listed as a 2BR 2 Bath. It is 2BR 11/2 baths. The second toilet is at the front door no bigger than an airline toilet. The place has an odor from the front bedroom to the kitchen, most likely in the kitchen pipes. A strong odor of soiled food. The doors in the bathroom are off the hinges. The carpet has not been cleaned in some time. The showers do not drain, standing in water is unclean. The water does not get hot. You must use your own accounts to watch TV and your own apps on the cell phone to access English TV. This was not outlined in the description. The check-in process was minimal, the manager speaks little English and could not explain the stove, TV, or washer operations. Her goal was to get out as soon as possible. The area is great, but I cannot recommend this property.
