When we arrived it was a disappointment that the pool was not heated. Pool was not maintained, debris in pool when arrived. Finally received a quote via text of $1207.50 to heat the pool which was an excessive amount for heating the pool for the remaining 3 weeks.
Home Thermostat - no instructions on how to use and it didn’t work correctly even after maintenance personnel came. Very cold air for first 30 minutes when heater turned on.
There were no comfortable seats in the whole condo. Chairs and sofa very uncomfortable. Bar stools were very hard to sit at the kitchen island.
Fence is great feature, but looks horrible and gate was already broken upon our arrival.
Hammock connections rusted - and we didn’t want to trust it.
Very loud washing machine which is basically in the kitchen.
Some answers to inquiries took days. And the coined response was “sorry for the inconvenience”
Listening to the construction builders right next door just feet away from early morning to evening is not our idea of a vacation.
Neighbors below us let their dog poop all over the yard and didn’t pick any of it up making the yard unusable for us to play frisbee or other yard games.
Master bath water pressure was a trickle. Ice machine had issues. Refrigerator ice and water dispenser didn’t work.
We left 2 weeks early and informed management but they didn’t bother to even respond.
Would not recommend this management company.
