The master bedroom has a king size bed a small balcony of its own with a view of the mountains and the shopping mall La Isla, direct bathroom access as well as a smart tv, air conditioner and fans.
The 2nd bedroom has a small balcony as well with same amazing mountain views, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. Also has one Smart TV mounted on the wall. This room is accommodated with 2 double queen-size beds, sleeping up to 2 people each bed.
The kitchen is loaded with all the pots, pans and cooking utensils needed to cook a four-course meal for your family or just to whip up a snack. In addition, a blender, coffee maker and toaster are at your service. You can sit on top of barstools at the kitchen bar or make your way to the dining table to seat up to 8 people at once.
A washer and dryer are located in the unit and are available for guests use (we do not provide laundry detergent).
THE COMPLEX.
This high-end property is private for owners and renters. The entrances are gated and security is on-site 24/7. There are four pools to choose from including two large beachfront, infinity pools with exquisite views of downtown Puerto Vallarta, boating and beach activities. Underground parking spaces are included in addition to an exercise center, tennis courts and game room for your enjoyment.
The grounds are meticulously manicured, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cabs are readily available and the bus stops right in front of the property. Grocery stores (Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Costco, Soriana), restaurants, Starbucks, cinema (movies in English with Spanish sub-titles) and many other conveniences are within walking distance. Right across the street are fine dining options such as Campomar, La Vaca Argentina and La Madalena amongst others.
Along the beach it's a 45-minute walk to the city center. The vacation complex is one of the few condo developments located within the busy and vibrant hotel zone. Gorgeous views of the ocean, mountains, and sunset from inside the condo.
The Grand Venetian is located in the "Hotel Zone" or "Zona Hotelera" and is the center point of Puerto Vallarta, in-between Marina Vallarta and El Centro (downtown). There are several delicious restaurants, nightclubs and grocery stores within walking distance and you are also a short bus or taxi ride away from the bustling streets of downtown or a tranquil walk in the Marina.
Busses stop right outside the development and taxis can be ordered from the lobby to pick you up inside the grounds. I would recommend not renting a car and instead relying on the affordable transportation options that are nearby.
La Isla, Vallarta's newest and most high-end shopping center complete with restaurants, name brand stores and a movie theater are already open is just steps away from the vacation complex.

There is a beach club nearby closing 9:00pm mostly at weekend days, a noisy public access to the beach street and while most guests are not bothered by the occasional noise, it should be noted.
