Cozy, comfortable Manito Park Bungalow. 1920’s vintage home with open and welcoming front porch. Walk out the front door and into the park or view it from front window. Conveniently located... 5 minutes to hospitals shopping dining and to three of Spokane’s finest parks (Manito, Comstock, Canon Hill).
Bright and sunny breakfast nook in the functional kitchen which is equipped with all the essentials. Washer and dryer are provided in laundry room.
Main floor bathroom has deep tub and shower and for those who prefer a shower it is located in the spacious downstairs bathroom.

Wonderful Property

This location was perfect for our stay. The welcoming neighborhood and beauty of the park made this one extra special. We had a volleyball tournament and the location was easy to get to and from downtown, airport, etc. Highly recommend this house.

One of my favorite places to stay

I've stayed at Dianna's properties throughout the years and they never disappoint. She's a great host! If you want to get away with your spouse or gal pals I recommend one of her South Hill residences. Lovely locale and convenient to everything. Looking forward to my next trip to Spokane!

Catching up with friends

Wanted to have a quick get together with two friends. We go back almost 50 years, so I wanted to make our visit special. I found this beautiful old craftsman home and knew right away this was the place to stay. Our host was quick to answer any questions, and arranged for me to get in early so I could put out flowers in each of their rooms, and set out snacks. The house was as beautiful inside as it is outside. The whole house was clean and so cool, with the outside being so hot. We had such a nice stay and I’d love to go back for a longer stay.

Across from the park is a big plus esp. if you have young ones and like to walk. Front room is perfect gathering spot for family. 4 Bedrooms, downstairs ones are quiet while activity can happen on first floor. Lots of extras you may needs: lotion, extra towels, lots of dishes and more. Big dining room. Hosts answered all our questions. Great spot.

Location awesome, peaceful neighborhood! Unfortunately the house cleaning company is doing a less than satisfying job. Home could use a detailed cleaning.

Comfy, convenient and family friendly

This was a WONDERFUL stay. The hosts made check in so easy, allowed us to come early to allow my 2year old son to nap, and provided kid friendly cutlery and dishes along w the high chair and pack-n-play. The house was clean, quiet and stocked well for what we needed. Beds were very comfortable, and cozy. The location was so convent to downtown and the park. Can’t say enough good things about our stay.

Home away from home

It’s our 2nd time staying at this property and familiarity is amazing - It felt like coming home where the kids know where the bathrooms are located, they know their assigned bedrooms, and the little things in the kitchen such as where the utensils are…. Manito Park and the surrounding neighborhood is peaceful and yet vibrant with folks jogging, strolling and cycling. Great suburb feel with restaurants, grocery stores and shops conveniently located nearby. Looking forward to our next visit in Spokane and if this house is available, I’d book it again.

Wonderful stay!

We were in town for a family reunion and this was the perfect location for us! Being right across from the park with a nice porch to have our morning coffee on was such a delight! We had a bed for everyone and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend!

Manito Park

This place is amazing! Very nice, inside and out. Very charming house, right across the street from the best park in Spokane. The kitchen was well appointed, with coffee and tea provided, and everything you need to cook. I spent the evenings sitting on the front porch in very comfortable chairs. Would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Spokane!

Manito Gem

This is our second stay at this beautiful property. The proximity to the park makes this one of the most relaxing vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Cleanliness is unparalleled, and the kitchen is stocked with everything we could possibly need.

Wedding weekend

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home. It’s location was perfect for the wedding we attended this trip. The park across the street was great for meeting friends and family. The home was clean, inviting, super cozy, and the lawn was very well maintained. We will definitely be back.

Great stay at the house across the street from Manito Park. Hosts very attentive, house well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. It is advertised as a 3 bedroom but actually had two up and two down. We had 5 adults and were very comfortable. The front porch is a great way to people watch. I was surprised that there was quite a lot of traffic on 25th, seems to be a thoroughfare, but was still a very quiet neighborhood. Would stay there again.
