This charming vacation home in Seignosse is located in the heart of the beautiful golf course, just 2 km from the Atlantic Ocean, the Bourdaines beach, and the Hossegor lake.

The house, accommodating 6 to 8 people, spans two levels (not accessible for people with reduced mobility).
Upstairs, you will find two comfortable bedrooms separated by a modern bathroom, along with plenty of storage space.
The air-conditioned ground floor offers a spacious, cozy living area that opens onto a fully equipped kitchen.

You will have access to two private terraces: a covered one at the front of the house and another at the back, perfect for relaxing, enjoying a sunny breakfast, or dining with a view of the golf course. A plancha is available free of charge upon request before your arrival.

A reserved parking space in front of the house ensures a hassle-free stay.

One of the main advantages of this house is its connection to the bike paths of Seignosse, Hossegor, and Capbreton, allowing you to safely explore the surroundings.

It is ideally located near the Hossegor lake, known for its oyster huts where you can savor fresh oysters in a unique setting. The port of Capbreton, a few kilometers away, offers the opportunity to buy fresh fish directly from local fishermen.

Schönes Haus

Problemloser Check in ohne Vermieterkontakt. Sehr gut ausgestattete Doppelhaushälfte.Ruhige Lage. Achtung Langschläfer, der Greenkeeper ist eine fleissiger Mensch und kann schon mal mit dem Laubbläser oder Rasenmäher um 8 Uhr die Fairways bearbeiten. Der nächste kleine Laden ist auf dem natureo-Camping, für Baguette zur Not auch fussläufig zu erreichen. Sonst muss man immer fahren, Fahrrad oder Auto zum Strand oder Einkaufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bon sejour

Les plus: L'emplacement est top au milieu du golf. La maison est proche des plages, tout est facile d'accès. La cuisine est tres bien équipée et ne restreint pas les envies de cuisine. Deux belles terasses pour suivre le soleil Maison parfaite pour 4 adultes et 1 enfant en bas âge Les moins: le menage pas effectué ou alors grossièrement (toujours embêtant de démarrer les vacances par l'aspirateur, la toile...) Quand il y a de fortes chaleurs (vu la localisation il va y en avoir de plus en plus), les ventilateurs ne suffisent pas a rendre les temperatures des chambres soutenable le soir. Penser à : Nous sommes au milieu d'un golf, c'est top car au milieu de la verdure et au calme, par contre il faut prevoir de l'anti-moustique dans les valises 😀, comme nous personne n'avait prévu cela et les pharmacies étaient en rupture.

Tolles Haus in wundervoller Lage

Wir haben es sehr genossen in dem schönen hellen Haus mit Blick auf den Golfplatz, sogar aus dem Bett in einem Schlafzimmer. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, neue moderne Küche und Bad. Auch die Terrasse ist sehr schön und hat einen großen Tisch zum draußen essen und grillen. Auch mit der Organisation und Schlüsselübergabe hat alles bestens und flexibel geklappt. Sehr nette Vermieter und Verwaltung. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen!

Beautiful house, prime location, highly recommend

This house and setting feels very Californian (or Landifornia as the locals say) with the near-by ocean setting, and architecture of the local properties. Only 5 mins from the beach by car, in the golf course setting is just wonderful. The house is really spacious and light, with well thought out, modern, high quality furnishings and decor. The house was sparkling clean and the key handover with Catherine was professional and friendly. We loved the terrace, with amazing views and greenery, with use of the plancha, and appreciated the inside space with TV, on the colder evenings. Soorts Hossegor is a short drive for evenings out to shop and eat, and Cap Breton just a small distance after that. There is so much to do in this area with the many beaches, forest and ocean on the doorstep, do not hesitate to stay in this fabulous house. Thank you Aurelie for your accommodation and we hope to be back one day.

Séjour très agréable au cœur du golf de Seignosse

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très reposantes et dépaysantes à "la Manga". Située au cœur du golf de Seignosse, cette petite villa très propre et fonctionnelle , offre une jolie vue sur le parcours de golf et saura ravir les amoureux de verdure et de calme. Seignosse étant située à 40 minutes du Pays Basque, cela permet de profiter à la fois des plaisirs de l'océan (le surf ou le farniente sur des kilomètres de plages par exemple) et de découvrir les paysages bluffants des Pyrénées Atlantiques. Un grand merci à Aurélie (la maîtresse des lieux) pour la qualité de la communication et à Catherine (qui nous a accueilli) pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et il ne fait pas de doute que nous y reviendrons.

Maison ensoleillée au calme avec vue sur le golf de Seignosse

Maison de vacances très bien tenue et fonctionnelle, idéale pour un couple avec enfants (bébé de 9 mois pour nous), au calme dans une belle résidence entourée par le golf de Seignosse. Terrasses ensoleillées face au golf. Maison Idéalement placée pour accéder aux plages, au lac et à la ville d’Hossegor et entourée par les forêts de pin. Propriétaire charmante et réactive, arrivée sur les lieux impeccable. A recommander sans hésiter !

Beautiful house, perfect location, fantastic hosts - We loved it and will be back :)

This house was the perfect choice for our family holiday, the beach is in 20 min walking distance and 5 min cycling. The new terrace at the back is just stunning and we sat outside every evening and enjoyed the peaceful settings! The house was super clean and spacious for our needs. Thank you Aurelie :) Bon Summer. Confort chic dans un écrin de verdure!

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment très agréable en famille, dans un carde verdoyant avec un accès très proche à l'océan et à toutes la activités des environs, l'animation et le charme de Hossegor, le lac marin.. . La maison est impeccable, décoration soignée, lumière, espace, propreté, équipements nombreux et de qualité, terrasses très agréables avec vue dégagée sur le golf. Une adresse à conseiller vivement!

Une maison parfaite pour des vacances à l'océan !

Nous avons passés un superbe séjour à l'océan en famille ! La maison est située dans un cadre très calme avec une superbe vue sur le golf côté chambre...! Les prestations sont très soignées, la literie confortable, la salle de bain baignée de lumière etc... A deux pas des plages et d'Hossegor, nous avons pu profiter pleinement du beau temps et de nombreuses activités (baignades, vélo, équitation, zoo, marchés...). Sans parler de la propriétaire très agréable et pleine de bonnes adresses ! A recommander sans hésitation !

Maison et environnement très agréable

Super vacances

Super maison, très pratique et refaite récemment avec une belle décoration. Nous avons passé de bons moments sur la grande terrasse en bois avec vue sur le golf. Commerces, lac et plages à proximité = très pratique.
