About this property

- Pool and Tiki hut.
-2017 construction home on a 10,000 sf lot on a 40 foot wide canal.
-Please note that there is a 28 day minimum rental period for this property.
- Pet friendly for your fur babies. Size and number must be disclosed at booking. There are feeding and water bowls provided.
-Unsurpassed access to Gulf/back country and Atlantic. There is a 75 foot dock, ready to accommodate your boat and a friends.
-Extremely quiet street well off the beaten path. Absolutely no highway noise! There are no homes across the street or on the opposite side of the canal. Extreme privacy!
-Close to large grocery store, CVS, Walgreens, bank with ATM and a hardware store.
-Several restaurants within close driving distance plus the famous No Name Pub within walking distance.
-This canal front home on stilts features 1440 sf of living space with a split floor plan for privacy. Front door opens to a foyer and not directly into your living space.
- Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and all the utensil you will need to cook with. In addition there is a Weber grill for outside cooking.
- Has separate laundry room with new extra capacity washer and dryer and utility sink.
-Master bedroom has a king size bed, with en suite bathroom and a full size walk in closet.
-Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and a smaller walk in closet.
-Bedroom #3 has a queen sleeper sofa and TV with a regular closet.
-There is a bathroom with a tub/shower in between BR 2 and 3.
-Living room is spacious and open with a queen sleeper sofa.
-There is a 65" flat screen TV with HD cable and free high speed internet.
-Dining room has a table to accommodate 6 with additional seating for 4 at the counter.
-Downstairs features a large screened in patio with two ceiling fans, dinning table and lounging chairs. We like to call it our (almost) bug free zone outdoor space. A 300 square foot enclosed storage area with refrigerator and chest freezer for your bait and catch of the day. There is ample parking for your boat trailer or cars underneath. Please note there are security cameras downstairs only.
-There is a balcony off the living room overlooking the canal and an abundance of nature. The back faces east for optimal comfort in afternoon for that
late afternoon BBQ and or cocktails with family and friends.
-We are situated on almost a quarter acre with many native trees and plenty of elbow room.
-There are paddle boards and kayaks available for use. There are bicycles also available.
-Spend your days Boating, relaxing or taking in the beauty of this unique setting. Situated between Marathon and Key West for shopping and dining or stay local
with many restaurants and a large grocery store to be able to eat in at home. You can't go wrong either way.
-There are cameras on the ground level for security purposes only.
-Fall of 2024 our house will be going through a renovation and will not be available for rental beyond that.

Big Pine key vacation

Juan and Whitney were very accommodating and their place was marvelous. This was our first year on Big Pine key and we stayed a month. It was very relaxing and we enjoyed it thoroughly.

Big Pine

Beautiful property in a great neighborhood! Always so clean when we arrive and appointed with all the amenities we need. Love having the Key Deer in the neighborhood, and really enjoy talking with all the lovely neighbors. Convenient to everything we want to do, but out of the way enough to be so peaceful and quiet. And the owners are wonderful!

Wonderful property

Beautiful house, great location. Love the neighborhood and all the key deer. Easy drive to Key West or Marathon. Bahia Honda State Park is so close - join their Friends of the Park and get 7 free passes. Whitney is so responsive to any questions and always has the property well stocked. Love this property. Looking forward to next year!

Wonderful Keys property

Beautiful home and a friendly neighborhood. Very comfortable rooms, well supplied, and immaculately clean. Whitney is very responsive to any communication. The location was perfect for us, quiet with lots of walking and bike riding. Drove to Key West and Marathon many times. Enjoyed Bahia Honda State Park and the Big Pine Flea Market (for fresh vegetables). We didn't bring the boat this year but with all the fishing and sandbars close to the house may bring the boat down next year. Would recommend this property to anyone. Looking forward to our stay next year!

Amazing month

Ms Delgado could not be more accommodating in every aspect. The house was truly wonderful. An excellent location, great neighborhood, no thru traffic and a clean fresh canal. I will hopefully be staying with Whitney again next year. She and the house both rock : ))) Thank You Ms Delgado for a beautiful ,amazing stay in your fantastic home : )))

Beautiful beach house

We have been coming to Big Pine for 15 years and we absolutely loved this house. The owners have thought of everything and are a text message away. The furnishings and decor are well above a rental. Just unpack, sit back, and enjoy. Thank you Juan and Whitney. We hope to stay there again sometime!

Immaculate and well appointed!

We were able to stay at this property for the month of January 2019, our first winter extended vacation in the Keys. In many years of renting vacation properties, this property tops our list! Immaculately clean and taken care of by the property owners. Whitney was in constant contact with us by cell phone if we had any questions and provided information for us to become familiar to the area. The location of the house was so peaceful and private, with being close to the grocery store, restaurants, beaches and attractions. There were so many items provided for us for our month’s stay to include laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper in my dream, a spice rack! Items were provided for our dogs such as dog bowls, dog beds and waste bags. I would highly recommend this property, we plan to return to this area for a longer period next winter. We are hooked on the Keys!

Perfect beautiful home. Perfect location. Great owners.

We spent a month and loved it. Beautiful home. Very peaceful and quiet. Tastefully decorated and designed. Well stocked kitchen. We will miss starting the day on the balcony watching the sun rise. The access to the water via the canal was very easy and convieninet. Thank you!

Juan and Whitney, Your house was amazing. We had an incredible month in Big Pine Key. The house is BEAUTIFUL with everything you need at your fingertips. The beds are comfy, the covered, screened in porch was awesome. I think if there was a hammock down there I would have slept in it. It was so relaxing and peaceful to sit and have morning coffee and afternoon glass of wine. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. And the location is the best. No Name Pub is close by and the Bogie Channel is 5 min boat ride. We would love to come back and stay year after year. Hopefully we can arrange something for next year. Great property and great location!

This house is well equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. It is centrally located with easy boating access to enjoy the islands of back country bay and the ocean. The owners were always available for any questions and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!!
