Gorgeous ski house sits on one of the best lots aside the Kicking Horse lift in Granby Ranch. Enjoy views of the skiers from the living room, the front or back porch. Home comes equipped with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed and full sized bunk bed with trundle in kids' room (not shown in photos). The walkout basement is finished with bedroom, bath and living area that includes theatre seating for a relaxing movie night after a day on the slopes. Take a short walk or drive to the heated pool and hot tub at the base of the mountain. Pool & hot tub access requires fees for guests.

Great stay in Granby!

We drove up from Houston, TX to Granby. The location of this house was perfect for our trip to Granby, we had the Granby resort next to the house, and plenty of hills to go sledding on. The house was very well accommodated for the outdoor gear and separate from the main house. We’d recommend this house to anyone else!

We enjoyed this rental tremendously!

We've stayed at Granby Ranch multiple times, and this was our favorite rental. It is a fantastic ski in/ski out property, and our older kids loved that! We had six adults and two 10-year olds, and the space worked great. The house is wonderfully equipped, and the owners made it so easy to check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views

We loved our stay in Granby. The house was comfortable with room for all. The views from the home were beautiful and we enjoyed the location for easy access to the west entrance to RMNP. It was a short distance to the grocery store, gas station, etc. Thank you for for a wonderful vacation!

The View is amazing

We booked because of the proximity to a wedding venue. There are some issues that need addressed. All in all it was a nice home to spend some family time!

Wonderful house clean updated all the amenities. Owner was quick to respond to any questions. Great location right next to lift. Had fam with 8 members spacious and enough room for kids to have their own area. Will definitely be reserving for next year

Perfect Granby Getaway!

This was our first family ski trip and first time to Granby. The house was excellent and perfectly accommodating to our group of 8 adults and teens. The ski in/out provided convenient access to the slopes a few steps outside the front door. We were actually part of a larger group and our friends who rented other properties liked our house and location the best. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Granby.

Perfect mountain side vacation rental

Great Stay at Ski Granby Ranch

The house was as described and well furnished with everything we needed. The location on the ski hill was awesome and super convenient. The movie watching set up downstairs was a hit with our kids (although the prior guests had left the sound/electronics all unplugged so it took a little time to get everything working with the surround sound set up). We'll definitely look to stay here again if we head back to Ski Granby Ranch!

Wonderful Home

Very clean, beautiful property. Just off the runs, can ski directly from front door to the lift. Only thing to keep in mind is this particular lift is off a blue so pay attention skiing to lift. Property owner is helpful and very responsive.

This Granby ranch house tucked on the end of a short street was a great getaway for our visiting family members. The house was well stocked with linens & kitchen needs. When we were short on towels, a quick text & call with owners resolved the problem. Awesome to have access to washer & dryer! Would totally rent again

Beautiful house with great views.

This house was wonderful to stay in. The pictures do not do justice as the mountain views are breathtaking. It was so relaxing to sit on the back porch and take it all in. Amy was great with communications and I would recommend this house to anyone. We had 2 small families and the house had plenty of room, and bedrooms for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with ample supplies and cooking utensils.

Great house!

Had a great time. It was the perfect size for our family, 5 adults & 3 kids. Didn't get the code for access sent to us so we had to contact the manager. Would have been nice to have had that information ahead of time. Noticed a lot of the dishes we were using had to be rewashed before we could use them. Not sure if that was a dishwasher issue or people just not rinsing them before putting them in the dishwasher. All in all it was a great place to stay and we all enjoyed our stay.

Spacious house, awesome views, convenient location, gracious owners!

The house was warmly decorated and spacious for our family of seven. The needed basics were provided and a grocery was within a short drive. We enjoyed fixing our meals while enjoying the awesome view from every window. Ski in/out worked great for the more experienced skiers but we also drove the short distance for the grandsons to ski the gentler slopes. A highlight was using the pool/hot tub one evening while the snow covered our heads! Amy was quick to answer any questions and we so appreciate them sharing their lovely home. Only a couple of items that might help-more lighting to read by and a hairdryer for each bath. It was a delightful stay!

Winter wonderland

We had a wonderful stay at the Arnold Ski Haus! Amy and Eric are wonderful hosts. I received clear instructions form them prior to our arrival and accessing the home was very easy. The home is beautiful with amazing views from every window. The heated ski storage room off the front porch was great for our gear. The house lay out was perfect for our group of eight. The kids loved movie nights in the surround sound room downstairs. We enjoyed watching the Olympics upstairs on the sink into couches after excellent ski days on the mountain. Being able to ski to the front door of the house was great for having lunch at the house. We have skied at Granby Ranch for several years now and it is one of our favorite resorts. It was the perfect mountain for our boys to learn how to ski. There were two non-skiers in our group. They enjoyed relaxing in the house and watching the grand kids ski down Kicking Horse. One family member said it was her favorite family vacation. We all had an amazing vacation at the Arnold Ski Haus!

Ski haus in summer.

Nice large home with plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 small children. There were toys and games available as well as a large play area in the basement. Granby Ranch is a great location. There are a lot of activities to keep you busy. Would definitely come to the ski haus again.

In summer, Granby Ranch chairlift is open for hiking, sight seeing, and some of the best mountain bike trails in Colorado. Granby Ranch also offers a challenging 18 hole golf course, lots of walking trails and private water fly fishing.
