Thank you for looking at my personal condo (I am not a property manager) As a private owner here for over 9 years, my mission is to provide:
-Simplicity
-Security
-Safety
-Cleanliness

When visiting Purgatory, Purgatory Lodge is the most desirable location to stay. It is the newest property and as close to the base as possible, just steps away from the lifts. Pricing includes access to all these resort amenities, which are all located in the same building, within a few indoor walking steps of this condo:
-Continental Breakfast offered daily ($5/person via Resort)
-Family Pool Facility
-Adult Spa Area
-Fitness Center/Day Spa
-Family Game Room
-Club Lounge (including private dining area)
-Ski Valet/Locker Room with wood lockers and benches

What makes ours different from others in the Lodge? Custom furnishings, High quality, comfortable beds, quality toilet paper (yes, its true!), extremely clean and well cared for.

NO PETS, NO SMOKING - has kept this condo looking new! No expense has been spared in outfitting our 'home away from home.' This condo overlooks the highly desirable scenery of the Needles Mountains to the south, and the plaza at Purgatory. Staying in the Lodge is the ONLY way to visit Purgatory!

Purgatory ski trip

We loved staying at this property over Mardi Gras break (March 2025). I personally think the condo is better than pictured. It’s so convenient for skiing. The rentals are a quick walk across the square, and you’re steps away from the main ski lift. You also have access to the Durango Mountain Club with a restaurant, pool, hot tub, and ski lockers. Jason was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic location

This beautiful condo is in a fantastic location. It made skiing with our kids so much easier! There was plenty of room for all of us, the beds were comfortable and the condo was lovely. We enjoyed our stay!

Ski Vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Purgatory Lodge. It was a perfect size for our group of 9. It was clean. The check in process was easy. The skiing was excellent, and the Purgatory Lodge was steps away from the main lift. We would definitely stay here again.

Ski Season with Family

Overall the condo was very clean and nice, exceeding our expectations. Staying at the Purgatory Lodge is extremely convenient for skiing and relaxing afterwards. We stayed with two adult families with kids and grandparents and had plenty of separation with 3.5 bathrooms and plenty of seating and room in the kitchen and living room. We were a little hopeful in booking as we had never stayed here before and were pleasantly surprised as it was a great space and we will definitely stay again. The Lodge benefits of the hot tub, fitness center and restaurant/bar on site were used daily by our party and very convenient all in the same building. Skiing with kids can be a hassle but the lockers and location made it easy. Owner communication was great and check in/out with the lodge is great.

Great location. Owner hard to deal with

Location was great. Upon arrival we knocked on the door to see if cleaning was done. No answer. Asked owner if we could check in early. No response. The unit was ready but I guess he didn’t want any early checkins. When we did get checked in we found a pillow case on a bunk bed with bloody snot. The tub shower didn’t work correctly and I was told “ok I’ll tell maintenance but it’s hard to get people up there”. There were a handful of other maintenance issues that I fixed myself and didn’t say wanting (door trim coming off, towel rack unstable, etc. There was a bifold door that was off the bottom hinge so it didn’t work. I tried to fix it but couldn’t so I pulled it off and set it inside the closet so my daughter wouldn’t damage it or have it fall on her. After we checked out the owner messaged me upset that I didn’t tell him about it. Bottom line, the place is located great but the unit needs updates and better maintained and the owner Jason is not easy to deal with. I’ve been staying in this building for 10-15 years and this was the only bad experience I’ve had with an owner.

Polar Express Adventure

We loved the condo and area!! It was Thanksgiving weekend so not everything was open, but, that was fine. Just enough life in the area but not the crowds. The condo was very comfortable for our family and was very well equipped. The condo is very nice and was clean, however, it is not perfect. The furnishing, blinds, paint, are original and starting to show their age. The balcony door did not lock. Couch is peeling. Half the blinds were not operational. Bathtub floors were extremely slick. Pots and pans were old. Some stains on the ceiling. Fire alarm missing from LR area. I could not get the dryer to work. I had to message owner mid morning on check in day to get check in instructions.

Great home but noisy

The stay was great no issues, however there was loud music that starts to play around 11pm it sounds like it's coming from the lodge. My whole group awakened to it every night. Not only did it start at 11pm it didn't end until around 8am every day, very annoying.

Great Location for attending aountain wedding.

My husband, 2 sons, sister, niece, parents, and I stayed here to attend my brother's wedding. The reception was held in the same building so it was super convenient for us. There was plenty of space for everyone, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we were happy with our stay.

Ski/Snowboard Fun

We had an amazing spring break week in Durango. Our stay in the condo we rented was fantastic. It had wonderful amenities, it was very clean and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It provided loads of sleeping options so there was plenty of room us. We enjoyed the views and there was parking in the garage. We are already planning next years stay and hope this unit is available.

Purgatory ski in/out lodge

Great place to stay and enjoy the Purgatory Ski Resort. We came up for another ski trip and the property had everything we needed with wonder views and space for our family to ski and enjoy the resort. The property was fully equipped for us to enjoy evenings relaxing and cooking dinner in the kitchen and the ski locker and garage parking was perfect for our trip! Access and arrival instructions were easy.

Best location for Family on Mountain

This location has all the convenience (shopping ,dining,skiing,entertainment) and the best amenities for Purgatory. We loved being there with family and the unit was amazing and had everything we wanted for the whole trip.
