Wailea Ekolu #503 is 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the ground floor with a panoramic ocean view. The unit has split system AC throughout, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a large flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, and free wifi. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower as well. For outdoor activity, Wailea Ekolu #503 is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais in compliance with fire code restrictions. Community grilling stations are available. Sleeps 4.

Wailea Ekolu is one of most sought after properties in Wailea as it is nestled on the Wailea Golf Course. The property has a quiet and private atmosphere as the buildings are spread out across the lush tropical foliage. Wailea Ekolu has two lovely pool areas as well as a large pavilion area for larger groups. The pools are heated. There are also additional barbecue and picnic areas on the grounds with panoramic views of the ocean and the sunsets.

It is also near The Shops at Wailea. Fronting the beach is the Wailea Promenade where you can walk along the beach for miles. Wonderful condo with amazing views!
My husband and I stayed here with our two kids and it was perfect for our family of 4. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and 2 separate rooms - the condo felt larger than the pictures. The views are absolutely amazing from the lanai and within the condo. A wonderful breeze came in every afternoon as well. There’s a slight musty smell when you walk in but once the air is on or windows are opened, it goes away. The location can’t be beat - 7 min walk to the shops at Wailea!

Overall, nice condo. Had to remove several large cockroaches out of the kitchen on the first evening, but didn’t see any more after that first night. Beds are comfortable. Shower in the second bedroom is a little small, but clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Morning view from the patio is very lovely, quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful setting for homebase during trip

Great few days on Maui

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the apartment, great location, great layout and great view. The management company was excellent and responded immediately to my emails and fixed the problem.Two things I was not happy with:1. I am admittedly very noise sensitive and I was bothered by three sources of noise: The AC unit outside the back wall of the master bedroom (for another unit) was very noticeable when kicking in or turning off, conversations or TV in the unit to the left and the 2nd floor could be heard in the master bedroom as well (with window open) and luckily only on the last day, a family with kids moved in in the unit above us and the kids were very noisy and ran around a lot, which basically shook our unit.2. I checked on the prices for the same time next year and the rent was increased by 10%. This was my 19th time in Maui and I feel that the prices for rent are becoming out of control.

Great place, well outfitted, perfect location
Great space, perfect for a family of four, within easy walking distance of Wailea's most beautiful beaches and best restaurants. The kitchen was perfect for making family dinners and staying in, and the condo contains everything you need for a perfect beach day. Excellent view of the ocean, Molokini crater, and perfect sunsets. The property is easy to get around, and new shops and restaurants (including a coffee shop) are opening within a stone's throw.

Family Vacation to Maui
We had an amazing time! The property was extremely well stocked with linen/towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, every kitchen accessory needed, spices, pots, pans even a pizza cutter! My wife and I took our 2 sons (ages 19 and 22) and everything was in close proximity. We snorkeled almost every day within 5 minutes drive or about 15-20 minute walk. We also walked to dinner and the grocery store at Wailea shops and up the hill to Monkeypod and Pita Paradise. Parking and checkin was simple. Fans, AC and windows as well as extra portable fans kept us cool. The view from the lanai was beautiful and peaceful. Overall we would definitely stay again!

Peaceful getaway
This property was a little hard to find at first. The property manager was helpful. This unit was clean, however we paid a cleaning fee and found the dishes had not been thoroughly cleaned from the previous guests. Pots, pans and plates were dirty. Other than that wwe would recommend this unit it was quite nice.

The property suited our needs just fine. Each bedroom felt like it’s own suite. Some of the property was updated and some needed attention. We were disappointed when our garbage disposal broke on Saturday and couldn’t be fixed until Monday and we did not have use of the kitchen sink. But the management people were very attentive to our problem. We had a great stay with our family and loved seeing the sunset each night.

Best location to watch the sunset on the lanai. Clean condo with everything you could possibly need. My friend and I enjoyed our stay. We walked to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

Maui No Ka Oi
The unit and view was perfect and peaceful for a long awaited trip back to Maui. Very clean and comfortable. The property grounds is a bit dark in the evening so I used a flashlight walking from the car for the senior citizens I was traveling with. I would recommend this property to my friends and family, I’ll definitely plan to book again.

Family getaway in paradise
I didn't realize this was the same property we rented over 12 years ago. No wonder, the location in Wailea is great. We loved the ability to walk to nearby beaches, hotels and restaurants, as well as being close to nearby towns and activities. Good thing we were gone most of the days, considering the upstairs condo was being worked on. Otherwise, the area is quiet and the condo had all of the amenities needed for our stay.

Good stay
Nice property, excellent location, easy access to amenities, near best beaches. We had some trouble during our stay but not related to property or management - they were renovating the unit above us and we were not informed when booking or prior to arrival. We had loud noise (hammering, power saws, sanders) all day every day, and a water shutoff for one day which was inconvenient. It disrupted the peace and serenity we were expecting, so that was quite disappointing. Property is nice, I would go back, minus the renovations above.
