Master Bedroom features a king bed and flat screen TV.

Third bedroom includes a twin over full bunk bed, flat screen TV with DVD player and nice additional seating area with access to the back patio.
First bathroom features a shower/tub combination
The second bathroom has a step in shower and laundry area for guest use
The deck includes a nice dining set, chaise lounges and a high end propane grill.
The living room with flat screen TV and DVD is comfortable and enjoys a peak ocean view.
The kitchen is well equipped for meals and there is laundry on site.
There’s a back patio area with ping pong table, additional seating and lounges, and parking is easy.

Nice place

Lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood. House was clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Chilly weekend, wish there was a hot tub :-)

Great Location

This is a nice property Great location Mostly updated-LR, kitchen, master bed and bath and 2nd bedroom. The back bathroom could use some updating. It has all the necessities, just wish there was a counter top or table next to the sink for toiletries. The front deck is wonderful Easy access to the beach We will be back again!!

Morro Bay Trip

Not far from morro bay and San Luis Obispo. We enjoyed ourselves and went on some hikes and adventures. The beach down the street from here and it was absolutely beautiful at sunset.

Loved our Cayucos House

We had a great time at this house. The three rooms worked out quite well for our group, and it was a great location for us to easily head to the beach, Morro Bay, the elephant seals, San Luis Obispo, and Paso Robles. This was just what we needed and I'd love to come back.

The Perfect Place

This house truly was the perfect place for us to get away from it all. Everything we needed was there waiting for us. The warmth from the inviting fireplace was a welcomed bonus. Amazingly soft sheets on the bed allowed for houra of restul sleep. We were happily surprised to have communication with the management during our visit checking to make sure we had what we needed. We will definitely be requesting this site in the furite.

Perfect 3 night vacation!

Cross the street and you are on the beach! The house was well equipped and comfortable for adults and teens. An easy walk to the town and peaceful, quiet nights. It is an easy drive up the coast to visit the elephant seals. Shells and rocks for the collectors and space for everyone. We'll book this again for family get togethers!

The special house on the corner

This house was perfect for my little family. It had amazing space for my kids to feel right at home. The view of the ocean from the front window really was the frosting on the cake for us. I’ve always visited Cayucos during this time of year but this was the first time taking my own little family and I truly fell in love with the neighborhood and the fact the coastal access is a light 2 minute walk. I most definitely think this will be our go to vacation house in the future.

Cozy Cayucos

We loved the music minimalist style of the house. An outdoor shower would’ve been nice but the hose served it’s purpose. Well equipped otherwise. We love Cayucos!

Great Location

Can't beat the short distance to the beach. House was clean, beds comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Only difficulty was with the fun front door lock.

Spring Break 2023

Clean and comfortable property; recent renovation/updating very nice. Quiet neighborhood; we felt safe. It was a plus to see the ocean through the front living room window, and very convenient to walk to the beach in 2 minutes. The rain and cold kept us from using the grill and the deck out front, but it would be great in warmer weather. We enjoyed lounging on the nice leather reclining sofa and chair in front of the gas fireplace in the living room. We did need to make use of the space heaters in each bedroom, however. It would be helpful to have a lamp on one of the end tables in the living room, and a nightstand with a lamp next to the bed in the rear bedroom. I know others have mentioned this, but the dryer needs to be vented to the outside. We enjoyed our stay, and this house was a good value. Thank you.

Even better than we imagined

This is a sweet and comfortable home, with upgraded furniture and fixtures throughout. We were a 3-generation group of 7, and we all appreciated the details and location of this rental. The kitchen is excellently equipped (including a rice cooker!), and the reclining seats in the living room were much admired by our teenagers. We loved our stay and hope to return to the area again.

Lovely Beach Getaway

THe property was clean, the beds were super comfortable and it had all the kitchen accessories needed for a great stay! The bonus was listening to the waves crash as you went to sleep!

Close to the beach

Very close to the beach. Not fancy but feels like a home. Comfortable beds, quiet. Could use some fan in the beds rooms. But we would stay again.

Very old in appearance. More so than the photos show, antiquated if you are planning to cook a special meal, the kitchen was not the place. There is no central heat all heaters said “Do Not use”

Charming Beach house

Cayucos is our family’s favorite vacation location. This year our kids (all in their 20’s) asked “Santa” for a trip to Cayucos in lieu of gifts. This little beach house is very charming and cute. Although small, it was was very comfortable. Location to the beach and down town was fabulous! Having the patio deck with the gas bbq at the front of the house was a little odd at first, but if was perfect to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset. In the house, The kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of dishes and quite a few pots, pans and appliances. Oven and electric range worked but are a little worn. The range hood could use a thorough cleaning. Bedrooms were clean, cozy and comfortable. Some of the lamps needed light bulbs. Both bathrooms were very clean. Water temperature in bath room with the tub was warm, while the shower in the second bathroom/laundry room was nice and hot. Overall it was a wonderful Christmas and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you!
