HEATED Pool & Hot Tub in a Quiet Neighborhood- Walk to Town- Dog Friendly

Bryant House is situated in a well-established quiet neighborhood, tucked away just shy of downtown. The classic style of our home has been preserved, while adding tasteful updates and modern amenities.

Our home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a full basement boasting an entertainment center and room for more! We sleep eight comfortably in beds with an added queen-size foam bed.

Bryant House is truly the best gathering space for families and friends. Our back yard is an oasis with a large heated pool available April 1- Oct 1, and an automated cover for safety. We also have a hot tub and fire-pit for the cooler nights. The back patio has a covered section with comfortable seating as well as tables and chairs dispersed around the pool, so you can enjoy dinner "Al Fresco"!

We are a quick 15-20 minutes walk from the heart of downtown Walla Walla where you will find some of the finest restaurants and wineries.

We have a fully stocked chef's kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Our kitchen is also accommodating for caterers.

Great place to gather for a wine weekend

Great House for Families

The owner was very communicative throughout the stay and the house matched the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. The outdoor space is great and even has a swing set of you have littles. We will definitely be back.

Walla Walla Birthday Celebration

Our family stayed at The Bryant House while celebrating our son’s 21st Birthday. The property was perfect- really the best VRBO experience we’ve had. So well appointed! Beds were so comfortable! Loved the Hot Tub- couldn’t have asked for anything more! Thank you!!

Great pool and patio, all in great shape. The best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental, all in as new condition, Instant pot, ninja cooker, blender, drip and k-cup coffee machines. Plenty of good quality towels. Very clean and roomy, you will enjoy your stay!

Favorite summer getaway

Visiting Walla Walla and staying at this lovely home has become a much anticipated summer tradition. We love knowing the house will be immaculate and comfortable and that everything will be perfect. Even though the hose is beautiful and has everything you could ever need, we come for the pool and use it throughout the day and into the evening. It has fun little nooks in the corners to lounge on, and plenty of room to swim and float around in. This year we were there during a heat wave and the pool was heaven. We stay at a lot of vacation rentals and of them all Cherie is truly a special host. She’s fun to communicate with, very attentive and gives great recommendations. We are very appreciative of her and the care and investments she so obviously makes to maintain the home and pool.

On the hottest weekend of the year so far, we landed here and struggled to get ourselves to leave! This property was spotless, well appointed, comfortable, and the pool was so inviting we canceled dinner reservations to stay in it! Did not want to leave.

Bryant House Stay

We rented Bryant House for family members who were in town for our daughter’s wedding. They had a very enjoyable stay. They appreciated the pool and hot tub, ‘corn hole’ game, as well as the variety of equipment for making coffee. The house was convenient to downtown and in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

Best vacation rental we have ever seen!

Chérie is the ultimate host! We could tell right away that she loves owning a vacation rental. She pays attention to all of the little details. The home is stunning! The kitchen is well stocked, the pool is pristine, and the bathrooms are modern and very clean. We will be back!

What an Awesome Place

This place was everything we were looking for and more. The host was extremely helpful with a couple questions we had and even sent out help when we needed it. I would highly recommended this property to anyone staying in the area. (the hot tub is also amazing!!!)

Beyond expectations

We had a family wedding in Walla Walla. This house was perfect for our group. The house is VERY well appointed. Cherie even brought over firewood for the fire pit and toasting marshmellows! Linens and towels were lovely and fluffy. Even a mint on the bed! Not sure we will make it back to WW but if we do we will seek out one of Cherie's properties.

Girls Getaway

6 of us stayed here for a girls birthday trip. House was perfect! Very clean and plenty big enough for all of us. Pool was clean, pool towels provided and there was even some floaties available! Host was very responsive with communication. We will definitely be rebooking it for next year!

Pure Perfection

This is our second visit to Bryant House and it was even more perfect than before. We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and never enjoyed one so clean, beautiful, and well appointed. There is nothing you could possibly want that isn’t already provided. The pool is the highlight and it is the gem of the lovely, private backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and it is close to everything. Cherie is a stellar host and we really enjoy communicating with her. Don’t miss Yammas Greek restaurant or Asian Fusion, our two favorites. But if you’d rather cook the kitchen is fabulous. If there is a quilter in your group, Stitches is an awesome quilt shop. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Perfect Retreat!

What a fantastic retreat for our family. The house and property were super clean and had every amenity imaginable. The backyard pool, playground, and space for our multiple corn hole games was so enjoyable, we spent the majority of our time outdoors. The visitor's guide provided all the information we needed and the owner was super responsive to the one question we did have. The location was very convenient for us, too. It was a pleasure to stay at the Bryant House and we would love to return for another stay.

Great house in Walla Walla

House was fantastic. Very clean and actually a little too big for the four of us (other friends who were going to join could not make it). Chèrie was very helpful and responsive (like, almost instantly) to some basic questions we had. Don’t make the same mistake we did - we thought the “guest book” was a signing book so didn’t look at it closely until later. In fact, it’s an extremely well put together summary of the house, it’s features, and the local area. Check it out, really helpful! The basement area was very nice but pretty cool with the AC (was very hot the weekend we stayed, which meant we also really appreciated the pool). Nice for exercising, but my wife thought it was too cold (too hot upstairs to turn AC off which would have let it warm up a little). Really nice backyard for kids with a play structure (and the pool, though, so keep an eye on any little ones). All adults in our stay, but great place to come with kids. It cooled down a little the last night so we had a chance to enjoy the hot tub once. Not sure if/when we’ll get back to Walla Walla, but would definitely stay here again if we came with other people. Recommend without any reservations, and Chèrie was probably the most responsive host of the 10 or so VRBOs we’ve stayed
