Quiet between Nice and Cannes, 15 minutes from the sea and 45 minutes from the 1st ski resort, located at the end of a dead end, waiting for you a dependence of 35m2 brand new, well exposed with direct access to the pool for wonderful holidays.
You will have all the necessary comfort: fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso, TV, DVD player, WIFI (without contractual warranty)
The pool is shared with very discreet owners.
You can enjoy a private petanque and children's playground in the garden (swing, slide).
The house has a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (sofa bed 2 places), a large bay window offers a view of the garden and pool.
An independent room with a high ceiling: a bed 2 places, a large bay window overlooking the garden and pool.
The juxtaposed bathroom welcomes toilet and a large shower protected.
