This fully tiled 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located on the Gulf Side of the Palm Bay Tower. This unit comfortably sleeps six adults. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom and is equipped with a large 50" flat screen TV with HD TV service. The guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 50" flat screen TV with HD TV service, with an additional bathroom. The open kitchen, dining room and large living room area offers all the amenities needed for entertaining with family and friends which includes a large 65" flat screen TV with HD service as well. The best part of this condo is the beautiful panoramic views of the beach during the day and the most spectacular sunset you will ever see! The balcony has been incorporated into the living room to afford more space. Pack your bags and head to your home away from home in Siesta Key.

Very clean, Great location

We had a great long weekend in this condo. It was very clean and well decorated. We also loved the location.The front desk and any staff we came across were super helpful. We felt like most of the places we wanted to visit were within walking distance, but also enjoyed the convenience of the trolley.

After hurricanes, getting canceled from a prior place, unit 23 at PalmBay was available on short notice. very nice staff, beach was groomed daily & efficiently ...unlike others in area. Pools were awesome Unit 23 was beautiful and the view of sunsets each night from the large floor to ceiling windows was amazing. Had everything we needed to grill or cook in and relax!

Amazing Stay!

This place is amazing. Location is awesome and beach amenities were great as well. Looking to book again soon! Few key notes: 1) beach chairs are free with the facility but there is a cost for an umbrella or canopy if you want and no need to book ahead as there are attendants right at the beach. 2) there are no beach toys in the unit - though we left some and there are various stores around that sell them pretty cheap.

Perfect EVERYTHING

Where do I even start?!? The resort sits on about a half mile long, beachfront property that is absolutely gorgeous. The sand is amazingly soft and perfectly maintained everyday. The water was body temp and clear. The surf was just enough for a little motion but not large enough that you have to worry about the kids getting hurt. The room was tastefully designed and updated. The view from the room was to die for. Plenty of room and then some for a family of 5. Bedrooms were oversized with their own full baths. If this place is ever for sale you’ll never outbid me. Oh, the staff were super friendly and helpful. We’ve been fortunate enough to go on a bunch of vacations but I think this place takes the cake for Florida beach destination resorts! Price was more than fair too!

Perfect Beach Stay

This property was even better than the listing. It is so clean and has superior finishes. It comes well stocked and is in the perfect location. We enjoyed every minute of our six night stay. We look forward to coming back to this property in the future. I highly recommend using the Costal Concierge Service as well. Our groceries were already in the unit with cold item in the fridge. They gave great recommendations for activities, dining, and were available at the touch if a finger tip.

10th Birthday Trip

Overall, our stay at unit 23 in Palm Bay Resort was great. The unit was clean and well-stocked. However, we did have one complaint: the comforter in the master bedroom had a blood stain and some other unknown white substance on the inside (the side that touches the bed sheets). We promptly called the office to request a replacement comforter and new bed sheets. Unfortunately, they were not very receptive to our complaint and insisted that it wasn’t their responsibility to change the bed sheets; we would need to do it ourselves. Frustrated, we asked for a manager to call us back, as this situation was unacceptable. After about 10 minutes, two workers arrived at our door with clean sheets. Neither of them spoke English. Moments later, a third worker, who had limited English proficiency, changed our sheets and removed the stained comforter. Surprisingly, no other issues arose during the rest of our stay. Our feedback is that the office staff should be more attentive to renters’ complaints and avoid being combative.

Large spread out condo community with lots of rules unenforced

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 203- Numerous parking spots reserved for owners, many whom are not there. It would be nice if the owner you are renting from would allow you to park in their spot. We listened to our upstairs neighbors "little feet running", dragging chairs across tile 3x's a day and moving furniture at least 2x's a day which sounded like "thunder" for the first two weeks. After that we notified the front office who told us "we know them, they are very nice, we will put pads under their chairs. The noise continued constantly and we called again and again and again Finally they sent security to our 203 unit and he wasn't in our room 2 minutes when he called the front office and told then they had fixed the wrong room. We got a note from the upstairs owners with some chocolate with an apology however the noise was constant all day for our last two weeks. Siesta Key was windy this year and we could tell, we stuffed napkins and Kleenex in the slider windows to keep them from rattling. The owners of this unit removed their deck to make more livable space in the kitchen but also put in screws so you could not open the windows. We notified front desk upon our arrival the fan in the guest room was not working. It did not get fixed the whole month we were there because the owner is a "do it yourselfer". By our third week we were needing to turn the air conditioner off, wait, and then turn back on in order to get it to work. Called maintenance and they responded quickly. Told us they had it fixed. A few days prior to our leaving they wanted us to allow them at actually fix the air conditioner, evidently the freon was leaking?? We missed them knocking on our door, called front desk and Cindy very rudely told us it was our fault and basically too bad. Fourth time the condo heated up to 78, and then miraculously they fixed the unit without the need to enter the condo. I could go on but I am limited to 2000 characters. Overpriced

Very nice to be right on the beach so we could come and go as we please. Bit of a walk to any restaurants but free trolley available and beautiful kitchen to make our own food and just sit and watch the beach activities. I hope to come back!

The decor is very tasteful and condo unit very clean. We would highly recommend Tom from TomCap as a local driver that the condo unit recommended. Only comment: Our complex unit by the gulf was totally dark in the morning when we left. Would recommend putting in outdoor lighting or maybe lights on the palm trees in the middle of the circle.

Great stay at Siesta Key!

We had a wonderful stay at unit 23 in the tower. The pictures accurately depict our experience, and being near the beach was fantastic! The building was secure, requiring a key to enter, which was reassuring. The unit was immaculately clean, and the modern renovations were tastefully designed. The kitchen was well-organized, and all pots, pans, and plates were spotless. There are so many positive things to say about our stay, but I'll leave it at that. Thank you, and I hope this review helps you if you're considering staying at this property.
