Unit 42- 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium | This fully remodeled beautifully furnished 1 bedroom 1 bathroom Gulf front condo is located on the 4th floor of our Grand Tower Building. Views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico make it perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The master bedroom is furnished with 1 king size bed. There is additional sleeping on the queen-size sofa bed in the living room for guests’ use. The Living Room has a sofa and a recliner chair and a 48" flat screen TV with HD service. The master bedroom also has a 42” TV for your enjoyment. The bathroom has a gorgeous tiled shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig. The condo has tile throughout with two area rugs. It is beautifully furnished with an open balcony and the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The property as a whole is extremely well maintained, as are all the units we've stayed in. The unit we had this year faced the beach and the Gulf, affording us beautiful views, including spectacular sunsets. Our unit was clean and well furnished. The heart of PBC is the management and the staff. The staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive. Any problems are address immediately.We love the Palm Bay Club and plan to return for years to come.

Perfect Tower Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The booking process was a breeze. Photos are accurate. The condo was on the 4th floor with (what looks like) one of the few open balconies - which we loved. Such a wonderful space. Bed was comfortable, condo was clean (there were a couple of minor spots in the bathroom that were missed - but I'm a clean freak and notice everything). Appliances all worked great. Showers were hot at all hours of the day (seems wild but other places we have stayed were barely luke warm). The property is well loved and maintained (super impressive after all the hurricane damage). They groom the beach every morning and have someone out there to move chairs for you if needed. Pleasant stay. The beach is stunning and the area has everything you could want! Easy check in after hours and smooth check out. Only complaint - the jacuzzi/spa is across the road at the other section of the Palm Bay Club - so we never visited - but it was worth the views we had to stay in a Tower condo. I would recommend this space over and over. Would love to stay again.

On the beach!

Beautiful building 50 feet from the beach. Great pool. Perfect balcony/porch overlooking the Gulf and beach. This unit is perfect and only needs one thing, a new mattress for the bed.

Excellent with beautiful views!

Property is as described, Beautiful! We checked in after hours and the security guard was very helpful in getting our “check in” package that was left for us. The location is perfect and the views are beautiful! We will definitely stay here again.

Hurricane Helene

Unfortunately we had to leave three days early because of the hurricane. The water was being turned off and the management told us there would be flooding and power outages.

Wonderful property

This condo is spot on with the description and images listed. The view of the gulf was breathtaking, and something extremely hard to say goodbye too. Very much updated and anything you could need to feel at home during your stay, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed/pillows, balcony table and chairs. It has it all, we hope to make it back again!

Beautiful!!

Incredible vacation, we will be back! Waking up to the beach each morning was unforgettable. All basics are provided, there are even some water games in the closet. Great kitchen, everything is new and in excellent shape. Trolley to get to village and great restaurants. I do not recommend renting a car unless you plan to leave Siesta Key Only issue is there is a miscommunication between the owner and condo management. For example, we were told that check in is 4 PM (palmbay club); however owner stated 3 PM. This was similar for check out (11 v 10 am). This seems trivial but it does impact plans, especially when traveling so far. Also - do not use coastal concierge. I was told by Palm Bay club that it’s not relevant if staying in a condo via VRBO. Just good to know!

Great location no amenities

Property and condo location was perfect. However once inside condo the amenities were none. Ice maker never worked, One set of towels for whole week & that includes one small beach towel. Lumpy bed. No internet. No salt or Pepper. No soap. Pots n Pans were overused and coating coming off pans. Very disappointing for the price paid. Felt cheapish but marketed as luxurious.

The condo was updated, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The view was unbelievable! The sunsets that we watched from the balcony were magnificent. We would return to this same unit again in a second. There is not one negative thing that we could possibly say! This condo felt like we were living in luxury on the beach. We highly recommend it!

LOVED this Gem!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo is just precious!! We loved having our coffee each morning on the balcony. Most of the units facing the ocean don’t have one. Also…gorgeous sunsets in the evenings. 💛 We are already looking at our calendars for a return trip to this precious place!

It was newly renovated with comfortable furniture.The unit has a window view from bedroom to porch and living area! The kitchen was well stocked with serving and cook ware.The location on the crescent beach is perfect for either a mile walk into town or 1/2 mile walk toward the Crescent Market.Located easy for the Trolley into the village or to Turtle Beach.We love the area. We have been to Siesta Key for over 40 years and have stayed at the Palm Bay Club now 4 years! Beach chairs always available with placement service ready to help!
