About this property

This renovated second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed with a 43" flat screen TV . The guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 40" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a convenient tub/shower. Both bathrooms have granite counter tops and the showers are equipped with grab bars for convenience. The spacious living room is equipped with a large 55" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio which is screened-in so that you may enjoy our warm tropical breezes with your friends and family.

Much bigger than the pictures, plenty of space for 5 people! Very clean, great location. Short walk to the beach which was spectacular! Short drive to the village and other beaches to explore. We had a great time!

Relaxing retreat on the beach

The beach was our favorite spot with beach chairs set up and ready for relaxing. As a note, my husband and I had a mix up with booking. He thought I booked, I thought he booked and just before leaving for our vacation our mistake was realized. The staff at the Palm Bay Club were exceptional in assisting us and helping us with our error. We appreciate their assistance which allowed us to book last minute.

Clean and comfortable condo

My almost 2 year old son, wife, and mom had a nice stay at this condo. It was clean and comfortable to sleep. The patio was a relaxing place to hang when there wasn’t loud construction taking place next door (new condos being built). Overall it didn’t mess with our stay or ability to nap/sleep. The beach is a short walk and it’s amazing because of the privacy factor and the free lounge chairs. The condo had a couple umbrellas which were beyond bad so we bought some new ones and left ours there when we left. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and I enjoyed the gym, pools, and outdoor hot tub by the bay that is open until 11.

The only suggestion would be 1 roll of paper towels and a few smaller plastic cups for kids. Lots of room. Beds were good. One of our favorites in siesta thus far.

Great location

We loved staying here. Checkin was great as we arrived early and allowed us to check in early as well. Front desk and staff very friendly. Location was great. Wish view from balcony was a bit better but it’s still nice to have morning coffee there. Walk to beach was 5-6 minutes but on property. Parking was available close to our condo. Just wish there were beach towels available. I think we may have used the bath towels for the beach 🙃 and also just a recommendation of at least one sharp knife, and maybe a few cups with tops for the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Good times

We had overall great stay, everything was clear and delivered as promised. The only thing that was a bummer one of the rooms had prominent Sewer smell . I called management and they handed it quickly (30 min) by sending handy man . I don’t think the smell could be removed due to construction of the building (3 story) , but I give them credit for handling problem so quickly. Overall good stay close to beautiful beach. Thanks!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The weather was great and the staff were excellent!! It was for the most part a wonderful holiday vacation. We only had 2 challenges. They were limited parking for a second vehicle. We were told about this but didn’t realize how difficult it might be. Also outside people having seadoos in the beach area of the private waters. They were right in the middle of highly populated areas, children swimming. There were limited or no controls of the waters and beach.
