Private Road is chip sealed, so no dust!The garage is over sized plus plenty of driveway parking for Rv's and multiple boats! Large concrete patio is perfect to watch the sunsets in the summer. Four boat launches and 3 campgrounds within 10 minutes!

Spacious and homey, with a magnificent view

This property was perfect for our vacation needs. It appears to be newer construction and has a nice open floor plan that easily facilitates groups being "together" in the main part of the house, whether in the kitchen, dining area, or living area. The kitchen is large and well stocked with common small appliances and kitchen ware. The property is easily accessible just off the main highway, while the neighborhood is quiet and serene- a great place for morning or evening hill walks with a view! The back patio is perfect for hanging out on and just soaking up that magnificent view of the river. Although it is not right on the water, it is a short drive to the marina and other lake recreational activities. In my opinion, the view is well worth that trade.

Too Pricey

For the price of the rental I was dissatisfied on the House. It was at one time a model home . The carpet was dirty, smoke detector missing , chip in counter top in kitchen ,holes in mattress, patches on the walls, nothing to put your luggage on BBQ that was a table top camping style. The outside of the house was not taken care of. I would not recommend this to anyone I know!!

Nice Location Close to Family

I selected this house as it was close to family and allows pets. The location has a nice view of the lake, but is noisier than expected as I did not realize how much traffic uses the road in front of the house at all hours of the day. The kitchen is nice and big; however, it could use more coffee cups and wine glasses (there was only 2 of each). Overall I would recommend the property.

New Year's family and friends vacation.

We stayed at this property and totally enjoyed our visit to Lake Roosevelt. We had friends and family nearby and have visited them before but enjoyed having our own place to go to in the evening. The home we stayed in was comfortable, clean and had a great relaxing view of nature and the river. The owners communicated well and our expectations were met for this property. We look forward to our next stay.

Why they chose this property

Our family has always love Lake Roosevelt. After years struggling to find rental properties that not only would accommodate multiple couples but is also well maintained we found this gem. Located minutes from Fort Spokane docks to the north and even less time to the Seven Bays Marina to the south, this property was perfect for our extended family and the lake activities we love.
