We provide resort quality soap amenities in all of our bathrooms so you don't need to worry about bringing any from home! Each of the four bathrooms will include: shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.

Great property!

Very great place to stay! Incredibly well outfitted with everything you could possibly need (snow sleds, blankets, kitchen stuff, kids toys, high chair, etc). Large to allow three families to spread out across floors. Property manager was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. If you aren’t comfortable with stairs, this is not the house for you… our 70 year old fell down the stairs twice so just factor that in!

Family vacation

The house was spacious and had everything we needed for a large family vacation. The games and toys were an added plus for the kids and adults. The little ones loved the bunk bed room. The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions.

Great House

I’m really glad we decided to stay at this house. There was lots of room for all of us (5 adults with 4 children). The house was well maintained with everything we needed. The property manager contacted me before our arrival and was very accommodating. My favorite feature was the enormous table in the dining room area. Plenty of room for meals and playing games.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home

This beautifully decorated home easily accommodated my family gathering of 12. I appreciated all of the many amenities it afforded such as lots of towels, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. I would definitely recommend staying at this lovely home!

Dad’s 90th birthday party

This home was equipped with everything needed for a wonderful 7 day celebration for Dad’s 90th birthday with lots of family. It was clean and cozy. The owner responded immediately with a few questions we had and let us know of a couple of things we accidentally left behind right after we left. The beds were very comfortable (which is on the top of my must haves) I would highly recommend this home any reason

Nice Large Home & Great Location

Week Long Family Vacation

We couldn’t have found a better house for our multi generation family reunion. The young ones took over the basement level with its hidden bedroom and game tables. The adults enjoyed the comfort of the main seating areas. And Kristen was very responsive to our every need.

Family Reunion

All three of our adult children and their families met at this house! some of the cousins hadn't seen each other in 2 years - so lots of talk and laughter! It was a great location - the driveway was a little steep but since we could park in the garage - it all worked. Enjoyed it!

Wonderful, fun home

The home is amazing! Our kids loved the toys, the fun bunk room, pool table and fusbal table. Not much yard, but we enjoyed the grill on the back porch. The large dining table accommodated all 13 of us. Kitchen was very well stocked with more matching dining sets and pots and pans than we needed. We will be back!

This place is perfect for get togethers. The rooms are large, it has everything you need .

Couldn’t ask for a better place to get together with family. The large table was such a perfect setting for gathering together as a family. The towels are luxurious and there was plenty of them for our group. We were beyond belief in how well equipped it was for infants! We used the two strollers in the garage for our outings. Definitely ask before you pack! The kitchen was well equipped for prepping meals. The property management was very accommodating. Five stars for their hospitality! Amenities were close as well. Our family truly enjoyed every moment here!

The Real Mountain Experience !!

What a wonderful property. BUT, be warned, there is a lot of steps to negotiate to get into the house. The driveway also is a bit of an adventure to get up and down. Once inside it is simply amazing. Plenty of common gathering space plus nice size bedrooms should you need some alone time. Kitchen is completely stocked with anything you could possibly need. Beds are extremely comfortable. Great neighborhood location only a short drive to I-25 and all the retail or restaurants you could want. We highly recommend this property to all who are capable of negotiating stairs.

Colorado Christmas for Large Group

This house was perfect for our Colorado Christmas! There was 14 of us staying in the house and we never felt crowded. The teens loved having the whole lower part of the house to themselves with a pool table, huge tv and foosball table. With 3 upper rooms having king beds & 1 queen, the adults were very comfortable. This house was very clean, well stocked, well taken care of, and even decorated for Christmas for us. The location is quiet, centrally located, and easy to get to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment within 2-5 miles. Communication with the property manger always was smooth with fast replies. As others have stated there are a lot of stairs and they are steep, as is the driveway. Just something to be aware of. We have no complaints about the home and highly recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in a great area of CS. We hope to return one day! :)

Why they chose this property

Colorado Springs ended up being exactly what I was looking for. Great people, great weather, numerous tourist and outdoor activities (and for me) somewhat off the grid, but retaining the comforts & conveniences from home such as Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Chipotle and Costco.

The house has a very spacious layout with tons of natural light and high vaulted ceilings in the living room with massive windows. You can easily fit multiple families in this home without feeling crammed.

The city itself has a great downtown with many local restaurants and pubs.
