Sterling Reef Beach Resort is one of the nicest Condominium Resorts on the beach featuring extra large balconies which can be accessed from either the living room or master bedroom. "Reef Memories" offers amazing views of the beautiful white sand beaches and gorgeous sunsets over the M.B. Miller County Pier, in Panama City Beach, Florida. Free WI-Fi will help you feel right at home during your stay. Spend your days relaxing by the seasonally, heated bi-level waterfall pool, digging your toes in the sand or fishing from M.B. Miller Pier located just steps from the property. Other amenities you will enjoy are covered parking, fitness center, BBQ grills, Sky Terrace and onsite beach chair/water sports rental.

Our "Reef Memories" Unit, features a beachfront master bedroom with a king size Tempurpedic bed, large bathroom and walk-in closet. You can unwind at the end of the day lying in bed watching the waves, TV or soaking away the day in the large soaking tub/shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and wall mounted, flat screen TV. The bathroom for this bedroom is located in the hallway. Want privacy? No worries. The layout of the condo provides great separation of the bedrooms so you and your guests will have adequate privacy. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space.

The open floor plan, with large granite island, allows you to prepare your meals while enjoying beautiful ocean views. You will find a Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, blender and pots/pans for you to prepare meals.

Spectacular gulf views from the oversized balcony. Resort offers private beach access to the widest part of beach in PCB.

Resort Covered Parking Garage:
There is a $50 per vehicle parking fee collected by the Sterling Reef Condo Association.

I always stay at Dawns Rentals.

I like Sterling Reef..the location is great. The condo is very nice and comfortable. Dawn keeps everything updated and a lot of extras that you don’t find in most other condos. Master bedroom has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I also love the recliner since I have had surgery. Also has nice balcony furniture and pool. She takes care of your needs immediately if there was a problem. She is a great person and I will always choose Dawns Rentals when I come to PCB.

Perfect stay

This place never disappoints. Third time booking with Dawn. We had an issue with parking but she resolved that within 10 minutes. The condo is clean, best nights sleep I’ve had in a while. Mattress was perfect! Dawn is an exceptional host, very kind! Can’t wait to go back!

Beach New Year!

Grandsons’s first beach trip

We’ve been coming and staying at Dawn’s Rentals at Sterling Reef for several years now and it’s always a great trip. She’s an awesome host, always available for anything you need. This was our grandsons first beach trip and it was amazing! We always come during Biketoberfest and he was in awe at all the bikes we could see from our condo.. If you’re looking for a great time this is the place to be.

Great fall getaway

I rented this condo for a fall beach vacation with my adult daughter. We loved the location as the beach was not crowded and it was right by a pier. We were close to grocery stores, shopping and lots of places to eat. Dawn has excellent communication and left detailed instructions for check in and check out so I knew exactly what to expect. She was available if we needed anything during our stay. The beds were comfortable and we slept well each night. I liked that the condo is on the 4th floor so if we did not want to wait on the elevators we could take the stairs. My daughter used the gym and loved the view of the ocean while on the treadmill. Beautiful memories were made and we are already missing the beach.

Would higly recommend Dawn's place

I was impressed that everything we needed on the beach is in included on the unit like the beach chairs, beach toys for the kids ans they also have free beach set up. Also, Dawn was very responsive to all questions and very accomodating. Great location and parking area was perfect. I would recomment this unit and definitely will come back.

Beautiful room and view. Dawn is a wonderful person. I had a couple of issues come up and she did not hesitate to return a call or respond to a message. This was my second year there. Fabulous Experience!

I highly recommend renting from Dawn's Rentals. From start to finish, Dawn was so incredibly helpful and accomodating with all of our needs, concerns, questions and adjustments. While location is always important on a trip like this (and her beachside condo has amazing views and ammenities!), we will be repeat customers because of Dawn. She went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed and enjoyed each moment of our stay...true hospitality!! Thank you, Dawn! It was my husband's first vacation in our 23 years of being together and he's already planning our return for next summer!!!

Gorgeous condo, beautiful sunsets, awesome food!

We have been renting from Dawn about 10 yrs. Why? Home away from home! Dawns attentiveness to detail; like the beach chairs, wagon, toys. All these are on the balcony ready to be used. The cleanliness, space and the condo is stocked with linens, dishes, soap, shampoo. The location is perfect!! If you should need anything and you call or text her, within minutes she responds!l You can stay in one of her beautiful condos and it will feel like your home away from home! Go to her page and look at her beautiful properties. I can go on and on, her hospitality can’t be beat!

Overall a good week at the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at Sterling Reef and do not really have any complaints except the stairs to the beach made it harder to lug gear for our family with 2 children. It was definitely not ideal for carrying carts and such to the beach. The condo could benefit from adding a ramp to the beach access. Dawn was very responsive and quick to reply when needed for things which was very much appreciated. The kitchen was pretty well equipped with the little cabinet space available and had a beach wagon and chairs there to use as well which was nice.

Awesome

We loved that it was close to the beach fully furnished down to the beach toys. All you have to do is pack your clothes and you can grocery shop when you get there. You’re not far from stores to great location for all types of activities. We loved it. They were great hosts. The facility had security also and they were on top of everything and we loved that a lot.

I just want to say our stay @ Dawn’s rental was very enjoyable. The location is quick access to everything we needed. This is a very nice and comfortable condo. It is decorated so pretty. Beds are great and I also really like having the recliner in living room. The kitchen is very well equipped to cook anything of your choice. The balcony is the largest I have ever had. I’ve been coming to PCB for 65 yrs…uh oh that’s telling you how old I am. I have rented a lot of condos here but Dawns will be my first choice from now on. She is so pleasant and always accommodating. Also the pool is a really nice pool. Rent from Dawn and you will always be pleased.

Perfect location and comfort.

This condo is very nice and perfectly clean. Dawn always has some extras in her condos that you don’t normally get. They always save you some money. There is also a recliner which helps keep your legs up if needed as I do. Kitchen is well stocked. Very large balcony with nice furniture which opens from living room and master bedroom. Dawn is the best and you will enjoy renting any of her condos.

Beach paradise!

Vacation 2023

We’ve been coming down to PCB during the Thunder Beach Bike Rally for the last few years and just happens to come across Dawn’s Rentals. We stayed at the Sterling Reef condo she has and couldn’t have asked for a better place!! The weather was great and Dawn’s hospitality was awesome!! We will definitely be staying there in years to come. Everything about our trip was 5 stars!!

My dream has always been to live at the beach. After looking for the perfect condo on the beach we found that Sterling Reef was the perfect one! It has everything we wanted for a beach vacation home. Covered garage parking directly on property. Widest part of the beach! County pier next to resort...just to name a few.

What makes this property unique

This resort is located on the largest section of the entire Panama City Beachfront!
It has plenty of beach space for all guests to enjoy. The resort also sits next to the County Pier, which offers fishing and a unique place to sightsee and catch the amazing sunsets.
