Walking distance to the largest Marina in Kimberling City, with boat, jet ski and boat slip rentals on site, Pier 28 over water restaurant (during season) and more! Less than 5 minute drive to the grocery (Harter House), restaurants and all the extras the town has to offer! Less than 20 minutes to Silver Dollar City and 25 minutes to Branson.
A complete custom renovation of this home was recently completed with a beautiful contemporary farmhouse/beach house design.
