Vacation Condo At The Avalon, Minutes From Clearwater Beach.

Welcome to our first floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, vacation condo located just a few miles from Clearwater Beach and 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport. No reason to carry groceries, luggage or golf clubs up flights of stairs. With convenient parking right outside the door, this rental is set up for an easy vacation!

The property is in a gated condominium complex which has a beautiful resort style heated swimming pool, barbecue area, 24/7 exercise room, luxurious clubhouse and is located within walking distance to a grocery store, Abe's Place Tap & Grill, great restaurants, shopping and public transportation. The condo is located minutes from beautiful award winning white sand beaches, Pier 60, boating, fishing, golfing and the Pinellas Trail for miles of bicycle and pedestrian recreation.

The condo is an 1100 sq. ft. split floor plan which allows for two private bedrooms perfect for sharing with family or another couple. Comfortable, private and clean covered and screened patio for outdoor relaxing. Heading to the beach? There are beach chairs, beach towels, coolers provided. Enjoy free high speed internet, a 55" flat screen TV with HD cable,. Living room has a new queen sleeper sofa couch with matching love seat.

Kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and blender are available. Cabinets are fully stocked with glassware, barware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV, a queen size bed and an alarm clock. All linens, extra pillows, bath towels, and dish towels are provided as well as hair dryers. Keep cool with central air conditioning

Provided for you: laundry detergent, dryer sheets and dishwasher tabs with a starter supply of paper products, K-Cups, etc.

Must be over 25 to book rental. 7 day minimum rental. Shorter stays are allowed based on availability.

The Avalon was a nice place to stay. The pool was great and very close to the room. Bedrooms and closets were large and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware. The location is close to many stores and restaurants, easy to drive in the area. Good communication with owner.

Very convenient and secure location. Easy access to Clearwater, St. Pete, Tampa and everything in between! The condo was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. We found it well supplied and perfect for two couples. Communication with our host, Wayne, was outstanding! He was very easy to contact and incredibly gracious and helpful. Would definitely stay here on our next Florida visit.

Place was adequite but mechanical issues on 2 days was surprising and we had to move. Pool was great, house instructions were too limited, lack clarity. Overall fine but nuisance items were disappointing. Usually good vrbo experiece, this one a bummer.

Nice condo just 10 minutes from spectacular beaches
Aside from renovation work on the building that began when we arrived, the condo was well appointed and comfortable. We took advantage of the beach chairs supplied with the condo on our trips to the beach. The pool is very nice with plenty of poolside chairs and tables. Abe's Grill and Tavern was a pleasant surprise just steps from the property and we were regulars (well, Dad was) by the time we left.

Amazing Location - A MUST Stay
My family of 4 enjoyed an AMAZING trip to Clearwater, FL and loved this condo. It has a awesome location to the main Clearwater Beach/Pier 60 (10 min drive). Your also very close to Tampa International Airport if your flying in. We enjoyed adventuring out to Indian Rocks beach as well which was a very close 15 min drive which you MUST go to the beach is beautiful with close walk to the beach and less crowded than Clearwater. The Condo is near so many great restaurants and grocery stores (Walmart, Aldi, Publix). We highly recommend Haciendas for Mexican and Christianos for #18 Best pizza in the US (and that's not a lie it's amazing)/ they have very affordable Italian dishes and even Gelato. We enjoyed the Florida Botanical Garden (free admission), Calypso Queen Lunch Cruise (a must do), and Tarpon Springs Day trip (good eats and shopping). We loved how clean the condo was and very well equipped in the kitchen. The first floor spot makes it quick and convenient from the car. We loved the close location to the complex pool which is gorgeous after a fun day at the beach to relax. This place also had PLENTYof beach stuff like towels, beach toys, boogie boards, nice quality chairs (4 at least), pool noodles, and deluxe full size cooler on wheels. Shout out to the owners brother John for an amazing stay between being so friendly, he was quick to help change the batteries in the smoke detector, awesome food recommendations, and by the end of the week we were friends. Would definitely stay again for a future Clearwater trip!

Upon arriving I was very pleased with how clean the condo was. Wayne, the owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had. The check in process was very easy. The location was also great being within walking distance from the grocery store, restaurants and parks. The pool was also a great added bonus. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Amazing Condo
This was a beautiful condo. Kitchen was awesome with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. 2 bedroom 2 bath was great. Screened-in outdoor patio was nice too. Pool was extremely large and well kept as was the condo. We would definitely recommend this condo and will definitely be a repeat customer. GREAT VACATION!

Large property, beautiful shaded grounds, large pool, exercise room. Layout has a bedroom and bath at each end, large living room with big screen TV, great kitchen with an astounding assortment of items like a Keurig and a coffee pot, blender, crock pot, utensils, etc. Already recommended this to a number of friends. Owners were really helpful, friendly, and quick to respond.

Nice centrally located condo
We enjoyed our stay at Wayne's condo. Everything was exactly as advertised, and condo even had a regular coffee maker (we aren't big fans of Keurig). It was our first time in Tampa area, and central location of the condo made it very easy to explore the area. It was comfortable, and we even managed to work a couple of days, one of which I spent entirely on the patio. The internet connection was good ~ 100 Mbps. We didn't use the pool or fitness center, but they looked pretty nice. Overall, a nice place to spend a week.

This condo was great!!! The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you would need to cook meals. The condo was nicely furnished. The condo came with many helpful extras like beach towels, beach umbrella and chairs, first aid kit with sunburn lotion etc. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. Upon arriving he buzzed us into the property then called our cell. He then stayed on the phone with us until we found the building our condo was in and made sure we were able to get into the condo. Will definitely rent this property on our next visit to Clearwater.

Our family started traveling to the Clearwater Area in 2013 to attend sporting activities that our children were involved in. During one of the vacations we rented a condo at the Avalon instead of renting a hotel room. The condo rental was economical compared to hotel costs and was great for the family to stretch-out and relax . We fell in love with the location due to the close proximity to Clearwater Beach, Major League baseball spring training games, great local resturants and the Avalon resort style gated community. We decided to purchase a vacation condo at the Avalon and we believe in providing the same experience that we had to other vacationing families.
