Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Disney themed townhouse is located in the beautiful gated resort of Encantada, one of the most popular vacation rental communities in central Kissimmee, FL. With only minutes' drive to 192 and I4, Encantada resort offers quick access to all major attractions, shopping, restaurants and more.

Encantada, Spanish for 'enchanted', is one of two CLC World resort properties in America. A family owned business that has grown to become Europe's largest independent resort operator, CLC World offers first class resort facilities and exceptional customer service.

We want our guests to feel relaxed and to enjoy everything our townhouse and the resort has to offer. From the fully equipped modern kitchen to the Disney themed living area with comfortable leather couches and big screen TV, from your very own screened in private splash pool to the state of the art 9000 sqft clubhouse with two pools and game room, you will always find something to do. So kick back and let the fantasy begin.

We are less than 5 miles to the Disney parks and close to many award-winning golf courses and shopping centers. Come home from an exciting day at the parks/ attractions and hang out by the pool to relax and watch the kids splash around (optional pool heat @ $15 a night recommended October through March).

BEDROOMS -- All of our bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor across from each other. Each offer privacy while maintaining close proximity. Our Steamboat Willy themed master bedroom features a leather upholstered king bed and private bath. Our Frozen themed guest bedroom features a leather upholstered queen bed, while our Dalmatian themed kids room has 2 twin size beds. Both bedrooms share a common hallway bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with their own TVs as well as the highest quality mattresses, guaranteeing to recharge you from a busy day in the parks.

LIVING/DINING -- The comfortable living area has leather sofas, cable TV, and a DVD player. This is where you can sit back, relax and think to yourself that you will never stay in a hotel room again when you can enjoy our town home with its generous layout and amenities. The dining area has 4 chairs and a long bench around the dining table, and seating for another 3 at the kitchen bar where everyone is ready for lots of family and friend conversations.

KITCHEN -- Entertaining, cooking and being able to share private time together with friends and family is fun and enjoyable and all of that can be experienced around the fully equipped, open, all new stainless steel kitchen. Pull up one of the 3 bar stool chairs and prop yourself on the beautiful granite counter and watch what is developing in the kitchen.

Need lights out front and a light over the house number.

The only complaint was that the house numbers cannot be seen in the dark. You must pull in parking spot so the number can be seen with the headlights. Very dark out front in general. Maybe put some solar pathway lights up since there are no lights.

Great location and clean

Great location for Disney Parks! Close to turnpike to miss a lot of 192 traffic. Really liked being on this end of Kissimmee for Disney. House is clean and well kept. Had everything we needed. Check in process was easy and seemless. Did not have to contact owner about any issues at all during stay! Great spot! Would stay again!

A great stay

My kids and I booked this property for a trip to Universal Studios. The property was well clean and well represented, but unfortunately the arcade at the clubhouse consisted of two electronic dartboards and a pool table in the lobby bar (traveling with 3 kids). Everything was clean and seemed to be well-maintained. We were pleased with the property, and would gladly stay again.

Great Place for a Great Value

We picked this townhome for our first snowbird winter - and stayed from January through March. Regina, the owner and Mike, the property manager were fantastic to work with and readily available for the few times we needed to talk to them. We loved the security of the gated community, the location is close to restaurants and parks. The 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms were great when family and friends visited. We enjoyed it so much, we’ve already booked for next winter. If you are looking for a stress free, fun vacation home, close to food and entertainment, but off the busy highway, we highly recommend this one!

This condo is in a nice and quiet location. Easy access to the parks and Kissimmee. My son loved the splash pool, especially being able to use it later at night after long days at the parks. The owners and property managers were quick to respond if needed.

Our Third Stay at This Property -- We Love It!

As the title states, this is our third visit to this exact property. We've also stayed at a few other condos in this same complex, but always check for this particular property first because they've done such a great job of decorating with Disney themes and we know they have loads of kitchen essentials we use to make our meals. The check-in and check-out process is seamless and all directions were clearly stated. We love the location because it's very close to a Publix, Target, Walgreens, and Panera (as well as numerous other shops and restaurants). We make our own breakfast and pack lunches for Disney days and then eat dinner at the parks. We planned two "off days" this trip, so we also make dinner (spaghetti and a chicken/veg dish). I mention these details to give an idea of how well the kitchen is stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and functional. The condo is located in a large complex with gated entry. The drive to the parks isn't very far -- maybe 15-20 minutes to the toll booths with traffic (if you don't take the 429 toll). Looking forward to another visit soon. Thanks to the owners for another safe stay at a place that's come to feel a bit like a home away from home.

Family vacation

We had a great stay at this property. When we arrived we had very few towels and had to call the property manager, He arrived very quickly with extra towels for all of us. The property worked great for a quick visit to disney. We will stay here again in the future if the property is available. While staying at this property we had a personal issue arise in which we contacted the property manager, He reached out to the property owner who in turn contacted us directly with assistance. She was very kind and we were very appreciative. We did not have a chance to use the pool, which looked very nice, but look like it could be cleaned a bit. I would also consider updating the living room furniture. It seemed a bit older and the cushions were pretty low to the ground. I have arthritis issues and this made it extremely hard to get up off the couch when needed. The master bed was amazingly comfortable and provided an awesome night's sleep, unfortunately it was also the a bit low to the ground making it hard to get up. Those issues were the only thing I could make any kind of recommendations on, everything else was wonderful. We really enjoyed our visit here. We were basically less than 15 minutes from the park even with 192 traffic. Thank you so much for a great vacation!

Our family had a wonderful experience here. The value is GREAT. We were so impressed with how clean it was and all that was included! It was super roomy and comfortable! The location is also perfect. There are plenty of stores and restaurants close by.. and it’s a short drive to the parks! This was our first time not staying in a Disney hotel because we wanted to save some money.. and I’m really happy we did. I feel like staying here was our kid’s favorite part of the whole trip! We will definitely be returning :)

Great location, quiet, and relaxing.

This was a great stay for us to be close to Disney, have a private pool at the end of a long, hot day, and separate rooms for the teenage boys. Plus more than one bathroom. We never got a chance to check out the rest of the area/resort pool. The master bed was kind of hard. I like a softer bed, but I have trouble sleeping anywhere when I’m not home.

Great place for a family near Disneyworld!

The owner of this property is very responsive and was very helpful when we ran into a few issues left from past renters. Being property owners ourselves, we completely understand how that happens, and how housekeeping may miss something here and there from time to time, so we weren't concerned. The owner was very responsive and honestly, being property owners ourselves, it was more about making the owner aware of things, as we love when folks do that for us. We had a great time and the location was very convenient to Disney, Aquatica, Seaworld, Universal and Discovery Cove...all the best in the area. I would recommend this location to friends!

Dusty, Worn… but Spacious.

Everything could really use a deep clean. Very dusty lampshades, walls…. And pleather master bed frame was disintegrating onto the pillows and sheets. Bedside table paint warped and cracked. Toilets also not thoroughly cleaned. Glasses had lip marks. Overall uneasy feeling regarding cleanliness which didn’t allow you to fully relax. Thankfully we were out the majority of the time. Not one extra trash bag or dish soap to hand wash the available dishes. Large space and layout was nice but would unfortunately not be able to recommend. Could have great potential if time spent sprucing it back up.
