My Newport Get - Away

Hello, Thank you for your kind words about our place and location. You were a great guest and we would welcome you back anytime. Best regards, Joan and Joe

Thank you for your kind words on our communications with you and that you had everything you needed at the home. My wife and I try to make our units ready for a variety of needs so you have what you need for cooking, serving guests, games, extra blankets and lots of beach stuff. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay. You are welcome to return anytime. Best Regards, Joan and Joe

Hi Kevin, Thank you very much for your awesome review. You were a great guest and we appreciate folks like you who stay with us. We look forward to having you back some day. Best Regards, Joan and Joe

Dear Alisa, Thank you for your kind comments. I am glad that you noticed it was clean. From what I hear from others not all places are kept very clean at the beach. We are very particular about what our cleaning service does and it pays off in the end with happy tenants. Thanks again for renting from us. Please come back again sometime. Best regards, Joan and Joe Tallman

Hi, Thank you very much for your kind review. Over the last 20 plus years that we have been doing this we have received nice reviews and some had suggestions that we liked and took action to do it for the next clients. One recently was to just have a tea pot and another was to have a pizza cutter. Another was a request to have bikes and since we have such a large garage we felt that we could even accommodate that. Anyway we have made many changes over the years to the point that we do not get many of those anymore, but we would still welcome them. We would love to have you back again sometime soon. Best regards, Joan and Joe

Dear Courtney, Thanks so much for your nice review. We do try to provide more than the normal....especially in the kitchen and the garage. Thanks again for choosing our place for your stay. Hope to see you again in the future. Regards, Joan and Joe

Hi Jennifer, Thank your for very nice review of our place in Newport Beach. Over the many years that we have been providing our place to families for their vacation time we listened to what they wanted and then eventually provided them to make their stay more enjoyable. We appreciate your relative comments. You and your family are welcome back any time. Best regards, Joan and Joe

Dear Kristen, We are so pleased that you "Love everything" in our Newport Beach place and hope your family had a great time. You are very welcome to return and hope you can do that soon! Thank you again for choosing our property for your special time at the beach. Joan and Joe

Hi Stephanie, Thanks for your kind words. So glad you enjoyed your stay again! Look forward to having you back again soon. Newport Beach has been clear of smoke and far away from the fires. Best regards, Joan and Joe

Hi Ross, Thank you very much for your nice review. We are glad that your staff enjoyed our property and the amenities. I would like to make a write up about your event if you have it every year. We provide our tenants a list of activities in the area and this one is very close and sounds like fun. Thanks again for choosing our property and hope to see you again soon. Best Regards, Joan and Joe

Hi Lisa, Thank you for the positive words on our location and that the unit is fully equipped. So far on this before your stay we have received 49 5-star reviews and only 1 4-star review from a person who wished we had air conditioning. We are not sure why you gave us the 4-star review, but if it was for the air conditioning, we do disclose on the VRBO unit features that like most units on the peninsula, we do not have AC. It rarely gets very hot as we are only a few houses from the ocean. Even when it does, the nights cools off so it is still easy to sleep.. Thanks for staying at our unit. Regards, Joan and joe

Dear Jordan, Thank you very much for your nice review. We are glad that our Newport Place met your needs and that you enjoyed your time there. We would love to have you return sometime in the near future. Thanks again, Joan and Joe

Hi Denise, Thank you very much for taking the time to give us this nice review. We are so happy you enjoyed your time here and our condo. We look forward to your return some day in the future. Best regards, Joan and Joe

Hi Amy, Thanks for you very nice review. Glad you enjoyed a few of the extras that we provide. The bikes have been a hit with a lot of guests. I do not think many landlords supply bikes for free. Thanks again for choosing our place for your recent stay. Look forward to seeing you again soon. Best regards, Joan and Joe

Hi Stephanie, Thank you for your great review. We also think it is an ideal location with Beach. pier, restaurants, Vons and other typical shops close by. We hope to see you back again soon! Best regards, Joan and Joe

So glad you enjoyed your stay at our place in Newport. We selected this location many years ago as it was so conveniently located to restaurants, the beach and shopping. We rarely drive anywhere when we stay there. A bike ride or walk will usually do it. Hope to see you back again soon! Regards, Joan and Joe

Hi Winnie, Thank you so much for your kind words and we are happy that you enjoyed your stay. Having owned this property for 30 years we have learned how to take care of it, so it really does not look 30 years old. My wife is the one to compliment for the kitchen decorating and I try to keep up with the maintenance with a good team that we have to keep everything working and clean. Thanks again and we look forward to your return. Regards, Joan and Joe

Thank you very much for your kind words. We are happy that you had a great time. Please come back again soon. Best regards, Joan and Joe

Dear Justin, Thank you so much for choosing our place for your recent stay in Newport Beach. We also enjoy having the beach so close to our place. Since it only takes about 30 seconds to reach the sand, we usually walk down there every morning and appreciate the gorgeous ocean and sometimes Catalina Island when it is clear. We would love to have you back again soon. Best regards, Joan and Joe

Dear John, Thank you for your compliments on our unit. We especially like that you think it was a gem! We do try to keep it well stocked as if we were going to be using it. We are pleased that you appreciate that as I know many units only provide the bare necessities. Looking forward to your return someday. Best regards, Joan and Joe

Hi Matt, Thank you for this amazing review and for choosing our place for your recent trip. We were fortunate to be able to build this property on this street. It turned out to be a perfect spot for walking and riding our bikes to all of our favorite places. We hope to have you back again sometime in the future. Best regards, Joan and Joe
