About this property

The Apollo is beautifully situated on three and a half miles of the famous white sand beach of Marco Island. Here you will enjoy a spacious, beautiful top floor three bedrooms, two bath condominium unit with all the amenities. Step out on the top floor lanai and enjoy the spectacular views overlooking the white sand beach and the sparkling blue water of the Gulf. The sunsets from this corner unit are breathtaking.

The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and leads into the dining and living rooms. The laundry room is complete with washer and dryer, iron and beach chairs. The Tide Restaurant is on the main floor, offering great food and drinks overlooking the beach. If tennis is your game, just outside your door is a large deck and two tennis courts. You will find all the amenities you're looking for at the Apollo to make your stay enjoyable and keep you coming back year after year.

Marco island is world renown for its great beaches, many restaurants and laid back life style. You can spend the day on the water swimming, boating, sailing, jet-skiing or snorkeling; or on the golf course or tennis courts. Many sightseeing trips are available as well as world class shopping in nearby Naples. There are over 100 restaurants on this exclusive island.

Our condominium has all the amenities of home. Our condo includes everything... linens, in unit laundry, beach towels, beach toys, and beach mats. The unit has a king-size bed in the master bedroom; a queen in the second bedroom and twins in the third. The condominium also has 4 flat screen TV's/cable/DVD, and wi-fi. Table and chairs on the balcony, and many other amenities.

The Apollo complex has a pool, hot tub, sauna, workout room, two tennis courts, covered parking, direct beach access, the Tide Restaurant and Bar are located in the lobby. You are also walking distance from parasailing, wave runner rentals, beach shops, Marco Island movie theaters, and so much more. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions.

Super Location - Updated Condo

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this condo and the view cannot be beat. The weather was perfect all week, making it difficult to leave the Apollo to go elsewhere! Checkin / checkout was very easy. We did have issues with the air conditioning but worked closely with the owner to resolve the problem and be present for the service call. The unit has been updated somewhat from what is shown in the VRBO listing. The beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. could use updating/replacing but that tends to be the case for many of the condos we have visited on Marco Island. Book it. You will enjoy!

Sun,fun,can’t wait to return

Had a wonderful time in this unit,plenty of room for 6 adults and the view on your own extra large balcony is incredible, my original stay was on the 10th floor of the owners other condo, but a last-minute change due to carpeting issues brought me here . I highly recommend this unit and John was a text or phone call away with any questions.This unit had a remodel and it’s exceptional, thanks again John can’t wait to return 🏝️

2 week stay.

This was a new stay for us. We’ve been to Marco for 15 years but always stayed at another place. That place was not on option this year so we tried the Apollo. The unit was great. The location was great. We had a few issues with cleanliness, clogged plumbing , and misc things, but the owner was responsive and worked to help us resolve the concerns. The view is awesome and the family loved it.

Amazing - Loved it!!

I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU for sharing your beachfront condo - Apollo 1010. WE LOVED IT!! Including: - The sunsets on the balcony - The furniture, especially the swivel chairs in Front of the sliding doors - loved them!!; - Comfortable Beds - always a plus! - Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs - Pull cart and beach canopy - In unit full size washer and dryer!! We hope to come back in the future. Thank you!!

Great stay at a gorgeous renovated waterfront condo

Johns condo in Marco island is fantastic for a family vacation. The place was spotless, recently renovated (current pictures don’t do justice) and had plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. The balcony was amazing to spend time on. We really enjoyed our stay. One thing to keep in mind if you are staying more than a few nights, you will need to buy your own toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, as only one of each is provided for the entire stay.

Great location, nice condo, could use a few more kitchen items

This condo is in a great location with great beach access and beautiful views. The condo is decorated nicely and had plenty of room for 5 teens/adults. The bedroom with the twin beds didn’t have any dresser for storage but there is storage in other locations that could be used. The kitchen has the bare minimum which was fine for us as we don’t cook much while on vacation. But if you are an avid cook you may run into issues. There were a few issues (kitchen sink drains really slowly, toilet runs occasionally, but overall it was a great place to stay while in Marco.

Wonderful Stay

Condo pictures posted are not current but the condo has been updated and even better! Nice and clean. Awesome views with a huge deck on the top floor (10th). We liked the idea of a key required to enter the building and elevator. There's was a required $25 Parking Fee. Although it was just the two of us, we appreciated having a washer and dryer in the condo. Very comfy master bed. Lots of beach towels. Plenty of beach supplies including a fishing pole! We liked the south end of the island location although the Apollo is right next to a public beach access so the beach area always had more people. Grocery stores about 3 miles. It was a 12 minute walk to 7-11, and a few restaurants, movie theater, ice cream shop near the 7-11. Renting bikes is an option, too. We did a fishing tour, and a shelling tour.

Great week at Marco

The apartment is exactly as advertised and as seen in the photos. It has great views of the beach and Gulf; we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the large balcony. Check-in was very easy; the rental agency (where we got the keys) is on the same road as the condo. We did have to pay $25 for parking; maybe we missed this in the email, but it was a bit of a surprise when we got there. Besides this, there were no other surprises. John was very attentive and quick to text back. The kitchen has limited pots and pans, but has what you need. You might need to supply your own toilet paper/paper towels/laundry detergent, though. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we look forward to returning!

Great Marco Condo

We bought our Apollo condo after our first visit 20 years ago and have loved every minute making family memories throughout the years.
