I rated this a 5 because there was no way to rate it any higher. Place was clean and has everything you would need to live just like you would at home. Very roomy and nice and would definitely stay here again. Close to everything
This was a great location, just outside of the touristy downtown but easy enough to get to. The condo had enough to get us started by providing coffee, tea, spices, loads of towels and pillows.
Super friendly staff; best of both worlds (some convenience of hotel but privacy of cabin/condo). Some updating has happened, but could use more, plus some maintenance.
Going up and down stairs to front down was a bit of a pain sometimes, especially packing and unpacking. Pretty noisy when downstairs, too...
But overall, very nice & thoughtful setup and location. Close to downtown, but just enough outside to be near other nice stuff and get lots of wildlife. Our room faced the river! Lots of outdoor seating and grills. Library rental and other conveniences. But not all rooms in same condo equal (not all tvs the same, not all have a/c, not all have working heat, etc.).
Great place to stay
It was nice to have the pool and hot tubs. Beds comfortable. House clean. I don't know for sure but I think you get whatever unit the resort picks as the renter said they would know the bed situation until we got there. We had the perfect place. 2 queens in 1 room for our 2 girls, a queen in the other room and a king in the master bedroom. The fridge had a little trouble getting cold. We pulled it back from the wall and the resort said not to turn the temp all the way cold or it will basically quit running. Also the shared bathroom tub was not draining. The resort came right away to fix it but they said they would need to do some more work after we left. We just quit using it the last few days and shared the shower in the master. Again, I don't think you get the same unit everytime. We had no issues with the dryer as someone else mentioned. This is a Wyndham resort. Staff was nice. This was a perfect location
We had elk right by the house. Thank you so much. We want to visit again and I will recommend to others.
This property was wonderful for a family vacation. All of the staff was great. Quick to respond to any of our needs and very friendly. I would definitely stay at this property again.
Overall, this was a great place to stay. My only complaint was the washer and dryer did not work well. We would have to spin the washer a second time after using it and it took 2-3 dryer cycles before your clothes were dry.
I would have liked a few more kitchen utensils and there were lots of bugs in the pool. Other than that it was great and I really liked the location of the property super close to town. I would definitely stay again
We loved the location…close to the town and close to the park. The grounds were great with a game room, pool and hot tubs. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We would stay here again.
great location. very clean unit. we’ll maintained property
if you have kids, take them here. not listed in description is the shallow (but fast flowing) thompson river adjacent to the property that our 3yr child absolutely loved exploring/climbing along the rocky edge
The condo is beautiful! Loved the wood beams, spaciousness, large balcony and amenities. King bed was too soft but queens were perfect. Lighting not the best in main living area.
Loved our stay and would come again.
We had 4 adults and one child. The unit was plenty big for all of us. I didn't realize from the VRBO description that this was a hotel property. It was an additional benefit! The property was clean, location was great and view was fantastic. Having the ability to communicate with the property manager via text was fantastic! They were super responsive (within minutes)! It made our stay so easy.
This was our first visit to Park Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park. The accommodations worked perfectly, allowing us to enjoy the outdoors and refresh at night. We will definitely be back again!
Amazing views of the mountains, quaint lodging along the Big Thompson River, close to the downtown, right outside of the national park.

Very nice for large family!
The property was in a great location, roomy and had a great back deck. The hot tubs were nice and roomy, pool was good too. The bedrooms were nice size. It did get a little stuffy at times if you didn't leave the air running all the time which made it really cool in the living room and the dryer was very noisy but it was great to have it in the condo. All in all -great place.
