You will be hardpressed to find a better view than the one at Wyndham Flagstaff. Surrounded by mountains and close to the Walnut Canyon National Monument. Flagstaff is a college town so you can expect a bustling scene with great bars, restaurants, hiking trails, and with the Snow Bowl less than 30 minutes away - great skiing and snowboarding too!

This resort sits on over 2,200 acres and has bbq grills, a snack bar, 18 hole golf course, and a 12-acre driving range with 2 outdoor pools, a basketball court, billiard tables, and several tennis courts!

Your condo is fully furnished with a large kitchen featuring a full-size oven, stove, refrigerator with a freezer, toaster, coffee maker with coffee, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and all the cookware, glassware, soaps, and linens you need to enjoy a relaxing getaway!

Please note, the listing states it accommodates 8, because I have several 2 br condos at the resort and your specific condo will be determined at check in. Some 2brs sleep 6, and some sleep 8, and unless you specify a particular request at the time of booking, we will you accommodate you based upon availability. At time of booking, please provide the name of just 1 adult who will be present at check in. It is important to note that the guest whose name is on the reservation, must be the one checking in, and must be at least 21 years old at time of check in. This person can only have 1 reservation in their name. This is who the resort will give the keys to. Please be sure of the name you provide for checking in, as if this has to be changed, Wyndham charges $99 for a new guest certificate. We really appreciate you booking your vacation with us and will assist in any way to assure you have a well deserved vacation!

Very nice Stay

Everything was great...there were two things we had to do. Needed to run the extra fan up stairs that they had in the down stair closet. It was hotter up stairs than the rest of the condo. Had trouble locking both up stairs and down stairs sliding glass door. Got them to lock but they were difficult.

Older, but updated. Stairs in unit and to parking space. Close to golfing and club house for restaurant. Convenient to freeway.

Cancelled our stay without telling us and left us stranded in flagstaff!

This is not a review for Wyndham this is a review for the booking of this property. We never actually got to stay at the property because when we arrived and went to check in, the Wyndham said they did not have a reservation under our name. I didn’t panic thinking there was just some kind of mistake and maybe it was under the owners name or something. So right away I contacted the property manager that runs the listing and it took me 1 phone message, 1 text message, and two more calls before he finally answered. He looked up my booking and told me he still had a reservation for us but that he was going to look into it and call me back. In the meantime I called Wyndham back and this time they informed that the notes u see the cancelled booking state someone had called and cancelled the booking. The property manager called me back with someone from Wyndham corporate and she stated the booking was cancelled due to covid 19 and that the owner was notified! The property manager talked with corporate a little longer and he did try to get us any kind of room but they would not budge and could t get us anything. Someone was notified, whether it was the owner or whoever and decided it wasn’t worth relating the message to us. So now I am explaining to my 4 year old who was so excited for the trip and the mini golf and pool they have on site that we have no place to stay and have to try and find something. The property manager told me he was refunding my money right away and when I asked him what I was supposed to do about being stranded in flagstaff and the money not being back in my account 2-3 weeks he told me “I’m doing my part, I hope you can make the best of it” wow, ok so literally no help. It is July in Flagstaff, AZ and if your from around here, you know EVERYTHING is booked far in advanced. We begged and pleaded at multiple places around the area that didn’t have any rooms available and ended up at a Hampton Inn hotel, a far comparison to the room we had booked at the Wyndham. Not to mention, I paid almost the same price for it! So disappointed that the property manager didn’t even offer for us to stay another time or provide anyway to make it up to us. The only bad experience I’ve ever had with VRBO and I don’t think anything will ever top it. SO DISSAPOINTED!

Great location- easy booking- enjoyed our stay

The booking was last minute and easy- the price reasonable. It was nice to have access to the resort amenities even though too busy to use.. The Bear Paw clubhouse was a very convenient location that served as pick ups for tours to Grand Canyon and Horseshoe Bend/Antelope Canyon that we booked. Friendly , helpful staff and conscierge, 24 hr front desk, fully supplied amenities for kitchen and bath were a plus. Flagstaff location was perfect for day wad great to be able to stay at a very clean and comfortable place.

Comfortable in a beautiful setting

We stayed four nights and the accommodations were comfortable, clean, spacious and very quiet. The location was perfect for seeing the Grand Canyon, Painted Desert, Hopi and Navajo reservations, and Sedona. And we loved Flagstaff! It's beautiful. Having the kitchen really cut down on our costs as we were able to make meals and pack picnic lunches for our hiking days. Booking, checking in and checking out was super easy. The Wyndham even checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff told us all about the area. Very professional and nice. All in all - it was a great stay!

Great Place Great Customer Service

We loved the place it was very clean and well maintained. It was nice to be able to make meals and do laundry right in our own place. The location was nice too for exploring areas such as Sedona, Camp Verde and the Grand Canyon but is away from the crowds of those locations. Nearby grocery stores were great as well. The kids loved the clubhouse. Check in is a breeze.
