Property Overview
This is the perfect location for a New Jersey Beach vacation. Cover photo is the view from our deck. The Friendship 7 Condos are family oriented and located only a 1/2 block from the FREE beautiful beaches on North Wildwood and only 9 blocks from the famous Wildwood boardwalk.
This is a second floor end unit with privacy and a small balcony with an ocean view. This air conditioned unit has one bedroom with queen size bed. Full size sleeper sofa in living room. Owner does not supply bed linens or towels. Pillows and blankets are provided. One full bath and kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. Dishes, silverware and pots and pans provided. We have a heated pool and kiddie pool. In our patio area there are lounge chairs, barbeque grills and tables for dining. On site parking for one vehicle. Within 8 block walking distance to nightlife including the famous Pubs of North Wildwood. Russo's market located 2 blocks away for groceries and delicious take out food. We only rent to responsible adults over the age of 25 years old. A $100.00 cancellation fee will be held if unit cannot be rented to another party up to two weeks prior to rental date. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to rental date are non-refundable. Natural events such as hurricanes, tornadoes and floods are non-refundable but all reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule as soon as possible within a 12 month calendar year.
The tenant is responsible to leave the unit in good condition as found upon arrival. Tenant is not responsible for cleaning the room upon departure but all trash should be removed and all dishes cleaned and returned to cabinets. Any fees associated with excess cleaning will be charged to tenant. There is a $200.00 refundable security fee required with all rentals.
Please note that we are a seasonal rental, we are CLOSED during the winter months due to the water being turned off from mid November to beginning of April, weather permitting. We only do weekly rentals during high season, June 13 to September 5 Unless we have open dates or a last minute cancellation, we will consider partial weekly rentals.

Great location

Off season stay was perfect for the quiet get-away. Block away from beach provided ocean sounds and breeze and plenty of opportunities to walk. Unit is small and compact but comfortable and clean. Most importantly the place proved restful for me.

Great place!

This place is perfect and cozy place to stay! 1 bock off the beach and a short walk to local bars/ restaurants. The owners were helpful and quick to respond. I will definitely keep this place in mind when booking another vacation in North Wildwood. Thank you so much for a relaxing vacation!

Family Beach Vacation

We chose this condo for its great location right off the beach, and the bonus of a pool for our toddler. This was a great condo for our family of 3. John was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Everyone at the complex was friendly and the neighborhood was quiet.

Cozy condo in a great location!

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and cozy and we had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. Great location. Quiet, but not far from boardwalk.

The property was in a great location and it was easy to get to all our favorite destination.

Loved the location and place was clean and neat. Everything we needed was available and easy to find. Our only issue was the bed. It appeared to be a inflatable mattress that wasn't working correctly. Last few nights we had a hard time sleeping since it must have deflated a bit. It was very hard and uncomfortable and we didn't get much sleep.

Best location

Small apartment, perfect for two with everything you need. Location is fantastic, short walk or bike ride to the boardwalk, free beach one block away and excellent market/deli one block away. I nice distance away from the noise and crowd of Wildwood itself. Pool is used by many friendly regulars.

lovely and convenient spot

everything is spotless and works great. the pool is a nice plus, and the other people were really friendly. being the end unit, this is the only room where you can sit outside and have the ocean view - so that’s a bonus too. would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location.

Location is great! 7th St. Beach 1 block away and Russo market 2 blocks away. Friendly neighbors/owners within the condo. The owner John provided personal cell phone number in case any issues arise. Family had a great time.

Steps from the beach

The condo was very clean. Has everything you need to cook a decent meal. A little tight but you won't be inside much with the beautiful weather and the beach less then a block from the door. The pool wasn't open yet and we knew that but it is a beautiful pool with a kids area that looked perfect for little ones. The owners are very nice and super helpful. When we had questions the answered quickly. They gave us info on a linen rental company that worked out perfectly.

All you need!!

This property is cozy and all you need for a Wildwood getaway. The pool is an awesome bonus as well as being half a block from the beach. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property because of the location being only 1/2 of block from the beach, our unit is one of only two units that have a view of the ocean. We have the best location at the Friendship 7. Quiet and private. When this was a Motel 20 years ago our unit was called the honeymoon suite. We rented this unit for many years when it was a Motel.
