Just right..

(posted on behalf of my aunt and grandmother) "I just wanted to let you know how much my mother and I enjoyed staying in your condo. It's a beautiful place and by the time our vacation was over, we felt like we were leaving home." Pros: clean, modern and great location! Con: the only negative was the main closet in the bathroom was locked. Other than that, it was perfect for our needs!

Quiet, clean, condo. We enjoyed walking around complex, heated pool, nice club house with workout room. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would stay there again.

I've done a fair bit of travelling and came to Phoenix at the invitation of friends. Now we're both retired, we wanted to spend extended periods out of the winter and coming to San Simeon has provided us with a great place to do this. I enjoy walking, hiking, sports etc., as well as culture and exploring new places.

Why they chose this property

What attracted us was that San Simeon is situated in a very nice neighbourhood close to amenities. We don't need to drive to the store if we've forgotten something. The property is maintained very well and our fellow snowbirds are very friendly. It met our needs as we moved into retirement. We feel we have the best of both worlds, a great home base in Vancouver BC, which is great in the summers and now winter here, where there is endless sunshine.
