About this property

Beachfront Family Vacation in a Quiet Residential Neighborhood.

Our home has been lovingly cared for by our family for 4 generations. Growing up in this tight knit beach front neighborhood, has made all of our neighbors family. With the latest generation of our young children proving that this is the perfect place to have fun and explore with your little ones.

This is the perfect home to host you and your extended family. You would be on the water without being surrounded by crowds, crashing waves, burning sand, or the undertow current sweeping you away.
Sit outside on the back deck and watch lobster boats pass by, kayakers paddle around the harbor, kite boarders make waves, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets reflecting off the water.
Relax at our comfortable home where the tide provides very unique experiences. When the tide is out, it's like having a huge flat beach to yourself. Great to explore for seashells, snails, crabs, flying kites, and perfect to build sand castles and play in the sand with our provided beach toys. You can see the different tides in our pictures.
As the water rises, it is fun to build sand castles and try to defend them as the water slowly takes them over.
When the tide is all the way in, the water laps up against the seawall with cool shallow water perfect for little kids as the water isn't too deep. The seawall has two large steps, great to play on, or relax with your toes in the water. Sometimes the water doesn't quite reach the very bottom of the wall which invites you to sit in the sand and watch the drawbridge to raise for sail boats and fishing charters. Rinse off the beach sand and salt water with our custom outdoor surfboard shower.

When Hampton Beach has their weekly fireworks display, you will have an amazing view, with the colorful reflections cast across the harbor.

The Seabrook Beach oceanfront is an easy 10 minute walk away, which has miles of pristine beaches without the crowds of Hampton Beach. If the excitement of Hampton Beach is what you're looking for, a 2 minute drive or a short walk over Hampton bridge will lead you to another beautiful beach with countless shopping and entertainment opportunities.
At the top of the street, you can experience several restaurants, an ice cream shop, charters for deep sea fishing, whale watching or fireworks cruises, a beach market, scooter rentals, a surf shop, and a New Hampshire liquor store.

Great cozy place

Nice place to stay with a unique private water front experience. Watch the tide come in and go. A lot of stocked appliances/kitchenware and cleaning supplies just as if you were at home. Very friendly and quiet neighborhood away from all the tourists but less then 10 min away from hampton beach with tourists spots. I definitely recommend this spot.

Harbor Hapiness

This is such a rare gem. At high tide, the water gently laps against the deck. At low tide, there is a huge beach for the kids to play and adults to get in a long walk. The house has plenty of room and is very comfortable. We live close by, so had lots of friends and family drop in over the course of our week here, and there was plenty of room. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very nice. It is hard to leave on our last day. Thank you, Bill and Steve, for being such great hosts.

Fabulous property near Seabrook Beach

This property was fabulous! Close to great food, beautiful Seabrook Beach and right on the water in Seabrook Harbor. The owners were great and check in/out was easy. Definitely recommend!!!

Best summer vacation house

This house was absolutely perfect. It was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with all of the pots, pans, plates and utensils we needed to cook all of our meals. The location can’t be beat. When the tide is low we had a blast with our 2 & 4 year old looking in all of the tide pools for crabs and hermit crabs. When the tide is high it’s perfect for floating around and great for the little ones to play in. The beach that is only a 10 minute walk is absolutely beautiful. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beach house to stay in.

Amazingly beautiful, peaceful place

Had such a wonderful time, we stayed an extra day! The house was so beautiful, and the neighborhood was so quiet. Watching the tide come in and out, the fishing boats going out each morning, and the sun rises and sunsets were paintings in the sky. Could not recommend this house more, and the owners were very easy to communicate with. Looking forward to renting again next year!

A wonderful stay with family of all ages

We had a wonderful week in Seabrook at the cottage. It's in a perfect quiet spot that's easily accessible to area attractions or if you want to just walk up the road for groceries and restaurants. Great parking. It was beautiful and clean, the owners are very responsive and kind, and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Loved having the ac for hot days, washer/dryer, full bath downstairs, and shaded patio with toys and hose for my young son and older handicapped family members. The shallow beach front was also great with my little one and we had front seats to two fireworks shows from Hampton and Seabrook - wow! Hope to stay again and look forward to doing other activities like kayaking and fishing when my child gets older!

Quiet, peaceful and beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Bill and Steve were wonderful hosts! The house was very clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning was a godsend in this oppressive heat wave. The location is beautiful. Very peaceful and quiet. We loved sitting out back especially at high tide. You are close enough to Hampton that you can be down there in five minutes but far enough away that you’re not in all the hustle and bustle. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you for having us!

Serenity outside your door

The wheel house

We have stayed there two years in a row. The location is great. Short walk to the sandy brach, restaurants and stores. Amazing sunsets and can see the fireworks with out going to Hampton. Can’t wait to go again!

Seabrook 2021

Another great time at this property. As we have said in the past the location is perfect if you want to walk to the beach or stay right on the property waiting for the tide to come in you can do either. As matter of fact our family liked it so much that our daughter got engaged there as the sun was setting and the tide was coming in. The only issue I have is the place could have been a little cleaner. But overall we would rent again.

What a view

This property was a perfect beach vacation location! Stepping out the back door onto sand was amazing. We could see the fireworks on Hampton Beach perfectly too! The owners were extremely responsive and acted quickly to all our needs. We would like to stay again sometime.

Too Much Hot Air

The property location was very nice. The owners were receptive to our needs. It didn't help that I was sick practically the entire length of the stay (side effects of cancer treatments). However more than one of the family members complained that the mattresses and pillows were overly firm. Also, even though there were fans in the house, the inside temperature of the house was always warmer than the outside, which didn't help my fever of 100 plus each day.

Great place for all ages!

We usually stay on the ocean for our beach vacation, but stairs and sand dunes have become an effort for my 94 year old mother. I found this listing right on the water with only a few stairs up to the house and bathroom on the first floor, so we thought we would try it. The water was perfect for the little ones. They had so much room to play, and no waves to knock them over. The tweens went off on floats and kayaks we brought along, while the moms and grandmoms sat in the sun. And the twenty-something ladies worked on their tans on floats away from the little ones. My husband and son waded out to do some fishing (licenses are easy online), and all the little ones spent hours casting their mini-rods on the shore. Four generations of family and friends really enjoyed this property. The property had everything we needed and was spotless. We would definitely stay here again.

On the Harbor

I felt it was in a Great Location.. You have the harbor view right off the deck and the beach 10 min walk. You had resturants in walking distance. 4 bedroom house plenty of room for 8 people. Hampton right over the bridge and Salisbury short ride.. Definitely would stay again..

Perfect location

We had a great time staying here with extended family. Perfect size for 8 of us. Beautiful location off the beaten path, but close to shops, restaurants, and the Hampton Beach spectacles. Can see fireworks from the back patio on Weds. Very cool watching the tide come in and out. If only that water was a little warmer I would have utilized my flamingo floaty a little more! :)

Family Getaway
