Excellent Location

Excellent location! This condo is so convenient to walk to the gondola and the main street area. It made our time in Telluride even better since we didn’t have to catch buses or plan bus times (like other ski towns). The hot tub was great after full ski days. Elaine was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back to Telluride!

Perfect Ski Center

A simple place ideal for a couple or small family of four. A close walk to the Gondola and Lift 8. Very close to downtown and one block from a small market.

Blues and Brews Festival

I needed a place at the last minute and found this cool place just two blocks from the festival. While nothing fancy, it was clean, close to everything and was a quick walk to the festival.

The condo was well-stocked and the location can’t be beat. It was nice having a parking spot. Everything was in working order and it was a great value compared to other choices in Telluride.

Perfect Location

I wasn't especially familiar with the town previously, but the spacious, clean condo was just a few blocks from the tram, the food market, the city park, a wonderful bakery and the beverage store. My wife and I had a wonderful time.

Our weekend in Telluride was easy at these condos. 2 block walk to the lifts and several great eating and drinking options nearby. We met Elaine on checking in and she upgraded us to a 2 bedroom at no additional cost. So nice!

loved the condo

It felt like home. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was great! Loved the hot tub and the location to the gondola from town to the mountain was about 2 blocks. So convenient and beautiful scenery on our walk. All the shops on the main street were close by too. Our hosts Elaine and Tom were present and helpful. We will stay there on our next trip to Telluride!

Great location for festival

I was looking for an inexpensive spot to base camp for my Telluride visit. It was great in that regard. Even during our pit stops we could sit on the patio and watch the comings and goings. Fun.

This condo was perfect for 2 friends. Location can't be beat-close and easy walk to the gondola. Close to shops and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen. Great value-would definitely come back. Property managers Tom an Elaine were super helpful.

Awesome location!

This property exceeded our expectations. Condo furnishings were a little dated but very clean and well maintained. We were in town for the Telluride Blues and Brews festival and literally less than a five minute walk from the festival entrance. The hosts were very nice and low key. Highly recommend!

Right near the gondola for a ski week

We picked this condo as it was right near town and the ski gondola and was in our price range. Still very expensive for a small condo which was a little dated but it suited us for the week. Would have liked tea and coffee and a smart TV like other places I’ve stayed but for Telluride it was simple, functional and we enjoyed our stay.

Terrific location!

This is a perfect spot in Telluride to walk to anywhere in town. Unit was very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Unit is not super fancy, but for the value was great for us! Communication with the host was excellent- we will be back.
