This detached cottage / holiday home for a maximum of 5 people is located in Rangersdorf in the Mölltal, 1.5 km from the town center, on the border between East Tyrol and Carinthia and offers a beautiful view of the Mölltal mountains.

The holiday home offers a beautiful living room with seating area, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining area, 2 spacious bedrooms (one with an extra single bed) and 2 bathrooms. The holiday home also has a washing machine, a balcony and a terrace as well as a large garden. You can park directly at the house.

The holiday region of Rangersdorf in the Mölltal offers a varied leisure activity with a wide range of hiking routes, bicycle and mountain bike tours and mountain climbing. In winter, the ski areas of Lainach, Ankogel / Mallnitz, Mölltal Glacier and Flattach are in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home.

In summer, the Flattach outdoor pool, the Winklern outdoor pool, the Stall outdoor pool and the Tristacher See natural bathing lake offer lots of bathing fun!

Directly in Rangersdorf and the surrounding area or in Lienz there are sufficient shops for daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Completely in nature

Very kind and helpful owner. The house is completely surrounded by greenery and has all the amenities of an apartment. There are some things that should be pointed out: to go up to the first floor the steps are very high and oversized. This could be a problem for people who have leg problems or to carry luggage. The windows do not have mosquito nets: as the house is wonderfully immersed in the woods, you must however remain with the windows closed, unless you want to have the house invaded by insects of all kinds. Finally, it would have been a small gift to have deckchairs available for sunbathing in the garden!

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Rustig gelegen huis. Schoon. Genoeg mooie excursiemogelijkheden. De eenpersoonsmatrassen vinden we pijnlijk om op te liggen. Zelf zout, olie, suiker en basale etenswaren meenemen, want er is niets in de keuken aanwezig en de supermarkten in de buurt zijn gesloten op zondag.

Zeer nette ontvangst. De verhuurder woont in het huis naast de vakantiewoning, maar houdt gepaste afstand. Woning staat op mooie locatie in het bos, maar is eenvoudig te vinden door de houten bordjes te volgen.

heerlijk rustig aan de bosrand. Hotel in het volgende dorp richting Lienz was zeer goed eten. Bedden waren behoorlijk hard, maar goed. Alles in en rond de woning was erg schoon en alle voorzieningen functioneerden goed.

Aankomst was laat door enorme regenbui van een dag, huisje was haast niet te vinden, bleek achteraf dat er wegwijzers stonden. Accommodatie was niet verwarmd toen we aankwamen dus koud. Woonkamer rook muf. In onze verblijfsperiode was het vrij fris dus moesten we stoken. Na een week ging de muffe lucht pas een beetje weg. Woonkamer was ook deprimerend donker. We zaten meestal in de keuken dat was lichter en rook niet muf

Ruhe mitten im Waldidyll

Erholsame Lage mit Ausblick fern von Touristik. Wander- und Radwege direkt ab der Haustür. Freundliche, auskunftsbereite, bemühte Vermieter. Fahrräder und Tischtennisplatte wurden zur Verfügung gestellt.

De vakantie was heerlijk door het land, de mooie natuur, de hoge bergen, de gezelligheid in de dorpen en het mooie weer. Rangersdorf is een klein dorpje maar alle voorzieningen zijn goed bereikbaar, winkels, restaurants. Ook de Grossglockner is dichtbij. Maar de accommodatie hoort niet thuis in het aanbod van Topic Travel. Totaal geen privacy, de foto's zijn misleidend, het staat op een paar meter van het huis van de eigenaars. Er is geen buitenzitje buiten het zicht van de bewoners en die zijn erg aanwezig. Het huis is onbehagelijk. Totaal niet wat we gewend zijn.

Wij hebben veel gezien en de locatie was erg rustig. De eigenaren waren erg gastvrij. Wel is het huisje toe aan een update. De matrassen zijn zeer hard en dit maakt slapen moeilijk. De trap is een uitdaging door hoogte en diepte verschil.

Het huis ligt pal tegen een bos aan, vlak achter de woning van de eigenaar. Het is mooi en comfortabel. De woonkamer is wat donker en muf. De slaapkamers zijn zeer ruim en ideaal voor gezinnen (slaapkamer voor de ouders, slaapkamer voor de kinderen). De matrassen waren of dun en zeer zacht, of heel hard. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zonder opdringerig te zijn. Het huis ligt gunstig voor tal van uitstapjes (Gross Glockner, Mölltaler Gletscher, Raggaschlucht). Het ligt aan het eind van een bergweggetje volg de bordjes!

Het huisje is ons met de kids (3,5 maand en 20 maanden oud) goed bevallen. Het huis was erg netjes en schoon. De verhuurder had ervoor gezorgd dat het er lekker warm was, aangezien we in de winter met 2 kleine kinderen gebruik hebben gemaakt van hun vakantiehuis. Wel is de woonkamer aan de donkere kant en zijn de traptreden niet allemaal gelijk, wat vooral in het begin vervelend was. De verlichting (lamp) in de woonkamer was erg fel. De verhuurders zijn aardige en behulpzame mensen. We zullen dit huis zeker nog eens bezoeken.
