Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement qui correspond complètement à l'annonce et qui est bien situé pour participer au triathlon Audencia-La Baule (moins de 15min à pied de la plage centrale). Excellent accueil ! Top !

Idéalement situé entre la Baule et Pornichet, à 100m de la plage

Très bon accueil, appartement en excellent état très bien agencé avec une belle terrasse et vue latérale sur mer dont nous n'avons malheureusement pas profité beaucoup en raison du temps maussade. Nous recommandons ce bien, et nous reviendrons sûrement.

Excellent accueil et appartement. Très bien exposé, tout confort, dans les pins et à 50 m de la mer. Une belle terrasse avec vue mer. Excellents équipements à l’intérieur et une décoration sobre et élégante. Nous y avons passé un très bon week-end et envisageons déjà d’y revenir.

Appartement très agréable, très bien équipé et idéalement placé, à deux pas du remblai, et pourtant au calme. La terrasse est un vrai plus. Commerce (rue Lajarrige) à proximité. Très bon contact avec Charlotte. Je recommande !

Fantastic !

We stayed in the apartment for one week in July and had a fantastic time. Compact, clean, contemporary and that all 50 mtr from the beach. The place has a great and practical lay out and has all you need . Loved the balcony which is actually big enough to hang out on with 4 people. The kids particularly like the wrap around feature. Location is great, 10 minute walk to Lajarrige or 15 minutes to centre of La Baule. Charlotte is the perfect host !

L'appartement est très confortable et dispose de toutes les commodités au niveau de la cuisine notamment. Il est situé à 2 pas de la plage, dans une rue perpendiculaire au front de mer, donc très au calme, et entouré d'arbres. A recommander fortement.

Très bel appartement - un week end à la Baule réussi

L'appartement est décoré avec goût et modernité, bien entretenu. Il a tous les équipements utiles pour des vacances au bord de mer. La propriétaire est vraiment très sympathique : un très bon accueil, de la disponibilité pour répondre au mieux aux vacanciers. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un nouveau week end, ou même pour un séjour plus prolongé.

Bon accueil de la propriétaire. Bonne proximité de la plage, tout en étant au calme. Appartement contemporain bien agencé et de bon goût (un plus avec la fourniture linge de lit et de toilette) Place de stationnement pour voiture dans parking fermé en sous-sol fonctionnel. Local privatif pour vélos appréciable. Prêt pour renouveler un prochain séjour.

Appart déco à la Baule

Ravis de notre semaine à La Baule, à la Toussaint ! L'appart de Charlotte est tel qu'il est décrit sur le site; jolie déco, tout refait. Appart très agréable car lumineux - grâce à ses grandes baies vitrées du salon, et le fait qu'il soit traversant. Une surprise; la taille du balcon, qui n'est pas un balcon mais une vraie terrasse, avec table pour déjeuner, et 2 relax. Equipement top; il y a tout ce qu'il faut coté électroménager, même une machine Nespresso ! Joli linge de maison (nappe & housse de couette en tissu basque), excellente literie, placard hyper pratique dans la chambre des parents, tiroirs suis les lits; tout est optimisé ! Petites attentions des propriétaires, toujours appréciées; une bouteille de rosé & une bouteille d'eau attendaient au frais, 2 capsules de café sur la machine, et ... chauffe serviette de la salle de douche qui se met en route tout seul le matin et délivre des serviettes chaudes ... hum un régal en automne ! Nous n'avons pas eu froid non plus; très bon chauffage facile d'utilisation. Une top adresse à retenir ! Incontestablement, l'un des rares appart à La Baule joli et "moderne" pour 4 personnes !

Un appartement parfait pour 4 !

Un appartement idéalement situé et très ensoleillé par son exposition. Nous y sommes restés 3 nuits et 4 jours avec nos 2 filles de 5 et 7 ans. La configuration était parfaite : les filles ont adoré leur petite chambre avec lits superposés. Nous avons eu la chance d'inaugurer cet appartement qui venait juste d'être livré. la décoration contemporaine tout en étant très fonctionnelle nous a bcp séduits. Mr et Mme Appert nous ont accueilli avec de délicates attentions : bouteille de rosé au frigo, bouteille d'eau et qq produits essentiels. Bref un séjour parfait, nous recommandons vivement cet appartement pour un couple avec enfants.
