Williams Vacation 2024

We absolutely loved the condo. It was spread out enough to have privacy yet so close that everyone was included. The little extras that were included were great like a wagon to take to the beach and beach chairs. It was so nice to have those things. There were many other things available that we did not use but were there for guests. WE ALL RATE it 10/10. There were 8 adults who have all stayed many places and truly enjoyed our stay. The memories we made were the best and we cant thank Shawn enough. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location

This condo was perfect! The location is great! It is a short 2 block walk to the beach & beach wagon & toys/football/fishing poles were available. Saw the resident manatee a few times in front of condo. View from 3rd level was good - could see the gulf! Only complaint is we wished the grill was bigger as we wanted to grill a few evenings. We had 3 adults, 2 teens & 3 pre-teens - plenty of room!

Amazing Family Vacation!

Beautiful Property, great location

This very spacious condo is perfect, plenty of room for our party of 6 to sprawl out and relax in comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped and missing nothing. The beds are comfortable and each bedroom has a walk in closet. Awesome view of the intercostal from a large balcony. The beach is a 5 minute walk as are multiple restaurants and bars. We will be back!

Great location, beautiful condo very large. Way too big for our party of 4. Tons of amenities within the condo. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom. Pool and hot tub were okay probably needs a facelift.

Great stay

This was our second time returning. Only negatives were 1. view has changed with new building (lost most of ocean view; 2 we had trouble with door lock to elevator (it was taped to keep door from locking, broke, and people kept undoing tape) BUT the location is great, the condo is furnished with everything you would need and very clean! Beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Beach get away

This property is absolutely beautiful. The view you have when you sit on the property is gorgeous. There was nothing that was needed that was not there. Shawn is an awesome host and was always available when we called. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and marina is a very reasonable walk which helps avoid limited parking and the cost associated. We loved staying here and look forward to doing it again.

Luxuriously clean!

Wow! Shawn what an amazing condo in Clearwater. As stated in the description, the photos need to be updated because they don’t do this condo any justice! This condo is very clean, zero carpet, nice sized rooms, plenty of storage space, a beautiful wrap around patio with plenty of seating and all of the beach items you’ll need! There is a view of the ocean right outside the living room patio area to the left. This condo is very clean and well taken care of. Shawn was awesome with communication and very prompt. I plan to book this again next year!

Glorious stay

This was a beautiful location to stay in. It was a delightful stay with anything you might need. The location is in walking distance to attractions. Sitting on the balcony to watch the sunrise or birds was a highlight. Owner is very helpful and responsive.

Fun Time At Clearwater

This property is amazing. It's a large condo with lots of room so you can be together or by yourself. The balcony goes all around the condo. The beds were fantastic. Lots of closet space. Loved the layout of the place. Very comfortable and classy.

Beach Trip August 2022

We loved our stay at this property! The condo was clean and very spacious. Tons of windows and glass doors to appreciate the outside views. The balcony is very large as well and was nice to enjoy morning coffee and even saw dolphins! Communication with the owner was great and I received check in instructions in an email well ahead of our visit. The complex was relatively quiet and was 2 blocks from the beach and in easy walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!!

Can’t wait to go back!

This condo is amazing and had everything you could possibly need. Location was perfect. Pool was never crowded. The Beach was a short 2 blocks away. Walk to everything!! Highly recommend!! Owner was very responsive and actually overnighted a beach wagon for us to use when we discovered there wasn’t one in the beach closet!!!

Great Stay in Clearwater Beach

We stayed here for a week while our children attended a summer camp at CMA. This was a great location for all of us. We could easily walk to the beach and other local restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed having the pool on property as well. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and the beach gear and toys in the storage closet were great as well. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Amazing

This was the best vacation we have ever had! The owner was super nice and welcoming! The condo was better than we expected! Big,spacious, clean and overstocked with everything you need! I looved the W/D inside the condo-very convenient when you have a family of 5:) The view from the balcony is wonderful! Loved and enjoyed it everyday. The beach was a short(2-3min) walk from the condo. Never had a problem with that! They have a pool and while we were there there were usually a few ppl or none(pretty quiet). Having pool all to ourselves made our vacation even more special :D Overall- recommend it to everyone and thank you Shawn for your perfect condo!:))
