This oceanfront property features over 1600 Square feet of living space. The master has a king-size bed with a full bathroom. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom. (We can convert the twins into a king upon request). The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a full private bathroom. There is also a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area to sleep 6-8 people comfortably. Everything is brand new and professionally decorated!

There is cable TV, Internet, A/C, and Phone in the unit. There is an Inside washer/dryer as well as a Gas grill for your use on the private balcony! The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight and perfect for entertaining--built-in gas cooktop, GE Cafe Series appliances, large island with breakfast bar, and wood cabinetry. Flamingo Marina Cove 617 is turn-key and fully equipped for the best vacation possible! Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and is located only 400 yards from the property. Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile-long white sand beach with a mild current and tide. This beach is perfect for swimming and sunning. One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches Playa Grande is only 45 minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots. This property does not have access to a communal pool.

We want to be up front with you: this property doesn’t have a pool. However, it compensates with a prime location, just steps away from sun, sand and salty water. Enjoy!
