This spacious large ground floor corner unit is just steps away from the pool, hot-tub, fishing pier and poolside BBQ's. One of the few units with an incredible direct view of the bay and pool. Voted the #1 beach in the USA, Crescent Beach, with it's beautiful quartz sand which looks and feels like powdered sugar, is just a short walk through the Palm Bay Resort. Beach lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided for you at the beach.

This condo easily sleeps 6 with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, and a queen size pull-out couch.
Fully furnished kitchen with all new appliances. Free wireless internet, 42" TV in the living room and a 32" TV in the master bedroom. Puzzles, board games and books are provided in the unit. Nicely decorated with a coastal theme, this condo is perfect for a beach vacation!

Great back bay location and soace

We really enjoyed the location of this unit. It was right by the pool, back bay and fishing dock. Our host was so helpful and we loved our stay. Lots of space in the end unit!

Perfect vacation rental!

We absolutely LOVED this condo! The bay side location was great for us. I loved being able to look out the window and see the sunrise every morning, and the kids loved being so close to the pool/hot tub. Plus it was an easy walk to the beach on the gulf side. The condo was very well equipped, with lots of extras we didn’t expect (games, pool toys, coolers, fishing poles, lots of extras in the kitchen). Communication by the owners was also excellent! We had a plumbing issue (clogged toilet) on our first morning. Karin had someone out there to fix it within the hour! Siesta Key itself is also the perfect beach destination. I definitely plan to stay here again!

High School Spring Break

Beautiful & relaxing views from the condo. Easy access to the beach. Plenty of room in the condo for us 4 adults … everyone has been kind & helpful. We would come back !

A great get away

Very nice property, host was exceptional. Property was well stocked with in the kitchen and baths. As traveler those things are always appreciated. Have already booked for next year. Thank you for sharing your get-away with this Indiana travelers.

Cold week

The temperatures were in the 40’s Monday through Thursday, however the heated pool and hot tub just steps away were wonderful. We watched dolphins from the hot tub where we met so many nice people. Stores, restaurants and the live music were very much enjoyed. The private beach is the best.Unit was well stocked, very clean and comfortable.

Paradise Stay

We booked a 3-day stay over the Christmas holiday and the unit has a wonderful view of the pool and bay. While the kitchen was well appointed, the dishwasher was broken. The mgr was prompt in her response, but wasn't resolved during our stay. No washer/dryer in the unit & tiny master bathroom. Overall, a decent stay.

Arrived late at night. No issues getting onto property. Unit was clean and kitchen plates / silverware / pots and pans were all available. Weather was great the week we were here. First unit by the pool. Coffee in the morning on the pool deck watching the boats go by. If we weren't on the beach we were at the pool. Very relaxing. Nightly dinners in the village with live music. Very fun. We will definitely be back.

Paradise!!

My friend and I were extremely happy with this rental. Beautiful bay view and patio nook we could enjoy outside cocktails and dining. We walked across the street to enjoy beachfront and sunsets. We took advantage of the Sista Key trolley and other modes of transportation as we didn't rent a vehicle. Well stocked rental with plenty of towels and linens. Unit could use an updated coffee maker and essentials like measuring spoons and cups. Owner was very communicative and helpful to work with. Highly recommend!

Perfect location!

Karin’s condo was perfect! It’s right on the bay side- we watched all the boats pass by during morning coffee. Kids loved the pool and being so close to the condo, they could easily go back for a quick drink or snack. It was a short walk to the beach thru the property. Beach was amazing- the property supplies beach chairs which was very convenient. The condo had beach supplies and plenty of towels. Karin was so accommodating and great to work with. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you for a much needed getaway!

Wonderful mother-daughter getaway trip

Karin was very personable and quick to respond whenever I contacted her. Her condo was exactly as described in the listing, with beautiful surroundings and literally just a few steps away from the bayside pool and hot tub, and fishing pier. It was so relaxing to walk out to the pool patio and dock area to watch the sun rise over the bay. Having two en-suite bedrooms, each with its own walk-in closet and bathroom with a tub, was such a nice feature. This allowed my mom and I to enjoy spending the day together and also having some personal downtime to accommodate different sleep schedules. The condo complex felt very safe, with gated entrances for both cars and pedestrians. A short walk across Midnight Pass Rd at the well-marked crosswalk to the other side of the condo complex takes you to Crescent Beach, which continues on to Siesta Beach. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset over the Gulf while walking along the superfine flour-like white sand. Although we rented a car to get to various places in Sarasota, the free trolley that runs along Midnight Pass Rd was such a fun way to hop on and get off at either Siesta Beach or Siesta Village, which has lots of restaurants and cute shops, but very little parking. We enjoyed picking up fresh produce and locally caught seafood at the farmer’s market downtown on Saturday morning and then coming back to the condo to cook up delicious healthy dinners in the spacious kitchen. Thank you, Karin, for our cherished memories!

Amazing views

The property was just as advertised, clean, spacious, and perfectly located right next to the bayside pool and bay waters. The condo unit was a short walk across the street to the beach, and there are restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, grocery stores, etc on Siesta Key in close proximity to the condo. We walked to Crescent Beach Market most mornings for coffee and pastries and whatever groceries we ran out of during the week. We did not encounter any issues with parking, even during the busy Spring Break season. Communication with the owner was easy, and she always responded promptly. This condo unit’s location right next to the bay was perfect for our family. We had our choice of beach, pool, tennis, and fishing. Spending mornings/evenings on the bay watching the boats go by was so relaxing and such a huge plus for me. We will definitely be back!

Palm Bay Club Bayside

We had a great stay at this Bayside condo. Had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen supplies were a bonus (coffee filters, extra garbage can liners). This unit is the 1st unit closest to the pool (ground floor) and was fantastic. It was great watching the boats go by the pool area. In addition, it was a simple walk to the beach. We would definitely like to go back. Thanks Karin!
