This is a recently remodeled large family home styled with modern mountain decor that captures the true beauty and serenity of the mountains. Experience the change in seasons, each with its own beauty. Take in the floor to ceiling views of the evergreens and the golf course from the main level and large upper deck. Enjoy the large game room and family rooms or take to the outdoors on one of the two decks where you can grill, dine, hot tub or gaze at the stars. You won't want to leave this home!
You will find easy driveway parking right at the front door. The main level offers an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and stunning mountain views. On this level you will find the master bedroom and bath with a stone fireplace and access to the upper deck. The large kitchen and dining area provide a great space for dining and entertainment and are open to the family room with an impressive stone fireplace. The downstairs level offers three additional bedrooms, two full baths and a game room complete with a pool table, a card table, a classic 80's table top arcade game, two TVs and a large bar area. There are two decks to enjoy the outdoors and soak in the views. The spa is positioned off of the game room on the lower deck and is available for an additional fee. We fell in love with this home the moment we walked through the doors. We were beyond impressed with the cathedral ceilings, the mountain views, and the quality finishes. It was easy to envision spending time here with family and friends. We love it more than we ever imagined!! We invite you to stay in our home and start making memories of your own.
What makes this property unique
This home is set among the trees off the golf course making it very private and quiet. It is perfect for family gatherings or two families to enjoy time away from the city. It offers plenty of space to spread out and can accommodate three cars in the driveway. My favorite restaurants and grocery store are 5 minutes away in Blue Jay while only a 10 minute drive to the Lake Arrowhead Village for additional dining options, shops and more! An added bonus: great snow sledding just steps away from the backyard!
