About this property

Cozy spacious home centrally located in a safe neighborhood

Enjoy a cozy home with modern furnishings with plenty of space - in Saint Paul’s most walkable neighborhood.

Space
The first floor has a living room, bathroom, dining room (that seats 8-10 people, remnants of the old servant button on the floor) and kitchen (refrigerator, oven/stove, coffee maker, and sink). There are two staircases to the second floor.

The second floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds that share a bathroom. There is an en-suite bathroom: a bedroom with a queen bed connected to a bathroom, that is also connected to a fourth room with a sofa bed (queen sized). Said otherwise, a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is one entrance to the 3rd floor from the 2nd floor.

The top floor (3rd) is like a private loft with it's own kitchenette, living room, bedroom and bathroom. A person or couple wanting maximum privacy can pick this spot. The entrance is shared on the 2nd floor.

Fenced in backyard with chairs and outdoor fire-pit. People of all backgrounds welcome.

Unfortunately, we do not allow parties nor children due to potential damage.
We can provide a cot and inflatable mattress upon request.

The basement has a den with a TV in it.

Guest access
Entire home, front porch and back fenced in yard. The following can be available upon request: use of washer/dryer, backyard grill, gas fireplace and sauna.

Neighborhood overview
Guests will enjoy a highly walkable neighborhood minutes from locally famous restaurants, bars, shopping, a co-op for food, and coffee shops. Walk along historic Summit Avenue and enjoy the greatest number of Victorian homes in the state. We are a few minutes by foot to Mitchell-Hamline law school and not far off the Green Line LRT. We are happy to share tips to make the most of your time in Minneapolis-Saint Paul!

Getting around
This beautiful home is located just a mile from the Victoria station light-rail stop: the Green line takes you directly to downtown Minneapolis and Saint Paul, with direct access to US Bank Stadium, restaurants, entertainment and the best MN has to offer.

Large house, great yard

The bedroom arrangement worked well for us and the location was great. A few minor things would have made it more comfortable such as better lighting in the dining room and larger coffee mugs.

Wonderful weekend

We spent two nights here in late January. The house was immaculate. We loved the charm of the historic house. The beds were very comfortable. Jennifer and Jon were more than accommodating and very quick to communicate. We would stay again for sure.

Beautiful, historic house in a great, walkable neighborhood. There was plenty of room for our extended family, in town for a graduation, including spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Jenny was a wonderful host, and we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing weekend!

This historic charming house was ideal for our girl's weekend! The photos actually don't do it justice, it's a beautiful, well appointed home! The location was perfect and easily walkable to shops, restaurants, church, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and had an awesome weekend! It was big enough where everyone had their own space, and the dining room table was great to sit around and play games or enjoy a meal. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely book this house again for a large group gathering, and would recommend it to others!

There was five of us in our group and we had plenty of room. Great hosts that made us feel comfortable and at home. Great neighborhood with restaurants in walking distance. Private apartment on third floor was perfect for the one female in our group. Overall a great experience and would book again.
