The primary bedroom in this condo features a queen-sized bed as well as a flat screen TV, with access to the primary bathroom. In the living area, there is an additional bed in the form of a sleeper sofa, plus access to the second full bathroom. The space in this condo's living area has plenty of seating, a beautiful fireplace, and a flat screen TV. Behind the living area is the dining table, plus additional seating at the counter between the living area and the kitchen.

This condo also comes with access to a year-round heated community pool, plenty of hot tub space, and all that Vail Village has to offer. Inside the property itself there's high speed WiFi and a washer/dryer combo.

Note:
- There is a Queen sofa bed in the living room that can be made up upon request, at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Pool and hot tub are closed during the off seasons (End of April / May and October / November - please ask us if your dates fall in these ranges so we can better inform you on closures)
- There is on-site parking included for one car in the building's underground parking.
- Absolutely no pets allowed per HOA rules.
