A fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a snap or utilize the private gas grill on the private deck. The dining room table seats up to eight and there is additional seating for four and the breakfast bar. The main level Primary bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in shower. The lower level is set up with a family room with plush leather couches, flat screen TV, and access to the private hot tub on the patio. The Lower level second bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom with shower and tub. The third bedroom has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Queen Suite, and two sets of Twin/Twin bunks in the bunk room. Sleeps up to 8 guests.
