This spacious, newly updated beautiful townhouse in North Star Village is located at the base of Bristol Mountain. Newly installed A/C makes it ideal for a summer getaway. Also the place that you will want to be for the optimal ski-in ski-out experience. Sleeps 7 comfortably in the two bedrooms plus loft with bunk-beds and pull out couch in the living-room. Wood burning fireplace, TV with multiple cables channels, ample & comfy seating for all plus fast internet which easily allows for working remotely. Once you've experienced Bristol in one season we're sure you'll want to return for more fun and adventure all year round. The Finger Lakes area of upstate NY is a part of the world that we are sure you will want to explore and experience year after year. Situated at the base of Bristol Mountain gives access to the first run of the day on the freshly groomed runs. Come spring, summer and fall enjoy the tree trekking and zip lining courses at the top of the mountain. All this out the back of the house. Then there are the dozens of walks through glens and gorges just a car or bike ride away. Or perhaps wine tasting is what you'd prefer- the Finger Lakes region has it all. #2 North Star Village is also a place you may just want to settle down and read, play games or catch up great TV. Lovely townhouse

Great townhouse at Bristol Mountain. Ideal during ski season but also great when visiting the wineries of the Finger Lakes. Owners were great to work with. Townhouse just as described. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice to be able to sit on patio or on 2nd level deck and admire the beauty around the house.

Nice condo in the mountains

Had trouble figuring out the heat, I don’t think the air conditioner worked or existed. Very secluded property…good for skiing , but we came in late spring; a little far from the wineries and hiking trails our group was looking for. Place was very clean. Layout was a little weird, 2 bedrooms are not private. And one bedroom the bed dipped in the middle.

Super convenient location!

Katherine was very accommodating and responded to my emails quickly. We were at Bristol for a long weekend so my kids could compete at the East Coast Championships. The location could not have been more convenient to the mountain and we wanted extra space and beds so we could spread out (we are a family of 4). The fireplace was ready to go for us and many logs were stacked for our use. On a typical winter weekend, we would've used it every day but the weather was exceptionally warm that weekend so we only used it once but it's a nice touch and amenity to have.

Wonderful vacation house and host!

I can’t say enough good things about this property and owner. From the start, Katherine was friendly, prompt and responsive. She quickly responded to my emails and went out of her way to answer my questions, researching hiking and ski options for us. She was flexible, allowing us to depart slightly later so my kids could finish their online classes for school, which was greatly appreciated. (Wifi was faster there than our home according to my kids 😊) The house was beautiful-clean and well equipped. I was grateful for the crockpot-so nice to come home from skiing to dinner ready to eat! My younger kids enjoyed the bunk beds and alcove that had a beanbag chair, kids books, puzzles and games. It was so easy to walk up to the ski lift and lock up our skis at night in the outdoor closet. We had great weather and ski conditions while we were there-it snowed each day. Everyone we encountered at Bristol was friendly and the mountain has a good mix of easy and intermediate trails. Thank you Doyle family for sharing your home-we had a wonderful time!!

Beautiful, cozy and convenient ski condo!

My husband and I loved our stay at this property! We had more space than we needed and definitely think two couples or a family would be happy in this space. The hosts were very helpful and thoughtful, and provided a very comfortable space with a lovely fireplace set up for our arrival. Being right near the chairlift at Bristol was great. Everything is as pictured and described. Would love to stay again!

Amazing ski-In-ski-0ut

Thanks to Katherine & John, we had one of the best ski trip ever. If you have small kids in your family and really want to hit the mountain - this cottage is your choice. The place is super clean & comfy, the mountains are pretty empty and high enough. If you are looking for calm and nice place to enjoy your winter gateway, don't look further :)

Ski Trip to Bristol

Great spot in Northstar village at the bottom of the hill with easy access to the lifts. Lovely fire place, open concept and spots to relax after skiing. The hosts gave us all the info we needed for our trip and made it easy to check in when we arrived. Would recommend this for anyone planning a ski trip to Bristol.

Excellent location for skiing and hiking Bristol!

A great family get together. We rented 2 units and did the same last year. We plan on doing this again next year as well. It's a great location for family from out of state to get together! We love to exercise so the skiing, cross country skiing and local hiking can please everyone! Then the evening just being together was just priceless!

Great time at a great condo!

Beautiful condo just steps form the lifts of Bristol Mountain! Owners were very easy to communicate with and even had the fire place ready to go and loaded with everything to start a fire with just the strike of a match! This is the third condo we've stayed in at Bristol and by far the nicest. We will definitely return to stay again.

About the host

Hosted by Katherine & John Doyle

We have been coming down to Bristol Mountain skiing with our family for the last 8 years. Living in Toronto Canada, this is by far the best skiing around. The 3 1/4 hour drive is always fun and very easy. We have fallen in love with this part of upstate New York and started coming down in spring, summer and fall. We were very excited to have purchased this property at North Star Village in October 2017. There is so much to do once the skiing season ends. One of our favourite things to do is jump in the car with a gorge, glen, vineyard destination in mind and then take the road less traveled to get there. The exploring never ends and we can't wait to return again and again to "get lost" in the Finger Lakes.

We love the gorgeous setting of North Star Village and all that being in South Bristol offers. Every direction you look natural beauty abounds. So much to do if you're active and so much to do should you choose to stay put and do whatever you choose.
