This is a brand new townhome, fully furnished and stocked for your convenience! It’s minutes from downtown and only one mile from mile high stadium. This is the perfect spot for executives and small groups with all the comforts of home but also with quick access to downtown. We have everything you need including a fully stocked kitchen, toiletries and a rooftop deck to unwind at the end of the day. Sloan’s lake is only a block and half away so you can enjoy the outdoors and go for a walk, jog or bike ride on the trail around the lake. Families, friends, girls trip, or guys trip, the location just doesn’t get any better. Stay in and watch a movie on our large flat screen or get out and enjoy all Denver has to offer. The home boasts easy access to the highway making it easy to go to the mountains for a day, go to a concert at Red Rocks, or to explore other Denver neighborhoods.

Good urban rental in the city

This place is just as advertised. It was a nice central location for us to explore Denver. The roof top deck was awesome! The fridge had some amenities so check it out before you go to the store. We left some too! You will not regret booking this place!!!

this place has everything you need for a perfect stay. everything was clean and in good working condition. fully stocked and the décor looked like it had jumped off the pages of an interior decorator's magazine. the owners were easily accessible. would definitely recommend

Great location and well equipped

We had a great stay in Denver. The location was perfect for going downtown to sporting events or restaurants as well as quick access to the freeways to get around the greater Denver area or out of town. It was under $10 Uber ride to Coors Field, Pepsi Center or Union Station. The place was well equipped and I would suggest checking in before shopping as the pantry contained several of the things we bought, such as coffee, spices, etc.

Loved this Townhome!

Our stay was great! Tanya and Laurie were very responsive when I first inquired about the Townhome. We didn’t need a single thing during our 4 night stay. The Townhome is very modern and has a clean look and feel. The couches are super comfortable! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you can possible need to cook a meal. We cooked twice a day and never lacked anything. I loved the convenience of choosing to either park on the street or to use the private garage. WiFi worked great and all bathrooms are very modern and sleek. We spent a ton of time in LoDo and took tours on Colfax (US Mint, State Capitol)- all less than 12 mins away. The thermostat works great! All in all, we couldn’t have chosen a better place! Thanks Tanya and Laurie!

Great modern accommodations super convenient to downtown (and Broncos stadium.) Perfect for our girls getaway! Very close to Sloan’s Lake which was lovely to walk around. Decor was appealing and beds comfy. Couldn’t enjoy the upper outside deck due to the snow but would be lovely on warmer days. Thank you for sharing this charming place!

Everything about this place is wonderful! I love the new modern decor and rooftop. The beds are super comfy. Our morning walks along Sloan’s Lake was the icing on the cake. We greatly appreciated the communication with the owner. Keep in mind the condo has 3 floors and lots of stairs. Park in the garage because street parking is difficult.

lovely condo

We enjoyed our quick 4 day stay here. It's cozy, clean , and modern. It was well equipped with coffee and coffee maker, toaster ect. We loved the roof top deck and how fun the condo was built having 3 levels. The stairs could be a little slippery if you are wearing socks, so we found it easier to just be sock-less : ) The bedroom on the third floor was super fun bc it had a door to the roof top deck which had a couch! The sheets, pillows and bedding were all soft and comfortable. The condo is located semi across the street from an Auto store but it did not bother us whatsoever. If you walk out of the condo and look to the left you will see the sidewalk that will take you to a lovely park and lake. Parking was very easy to find every night as well ( parking is on street) We would stay here again !

We had four adults stay 5 days. Very comfortable furniture and beds . Kitchen was well furnished, beyond expectations. Rooms were private and balcony was very nice. Convenient access to Denver, Golden and the mountains. Nice park/lake 2 blocks away.

All the conveniences of home

Nicely furnished and very comfortable. Quality appliances and fixtures. Would stay again if we ever return to Denver. My only caveat is that people who can't handle stairs might have trouble because the master is one flight up and the second bedroom and the roof (with couch) is two flights up. Other than that we highly recommend the townhome.

Great townhome, great location!

The property looked exactly as shown in their photos and explained in their details. The townhome was clean, organized and had everything you could need while on vacation...even a few things in the cabinet we could help ourselves to, thank you! They were building new townhomes next door, so there were a few mornings of loud construction, but other than that, the house is in a pretty quiet neighborhood and the location to downtown was ideal. The owners were also really nice and welcoming; I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Beautiful brand new townhome in an ideal Denver location

Wow! I absolutely loved this place. I went to Denver to visit family and I’m so glad I chose to stay in this beautiful brand new townhome. The location was AMAZING! Only minutes from downtown and Sloan’s Lake was a mere block and half away. We really enjoyed the park and running trail at Sloan’s lake. We also enjoyed the rooftop deck at the townhome. It gave us a place to gather while getting some fresh air and famous Denver sunshine! The place was immaculate and decorated super cute as well. The beds were very comfortable and we slept really well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a dinner in and then some! The hostesses were extremely responsive and gave suggestions for some great places to go nearby. I love to go to red rocks in the summer and this townhome is located ideally to come and see a show! My husband wants to come back for a game at mile high stadium as it is an easy walk away. When we come back to Denver we won’t even consider staying anywhere else! This is by far the best vrbo experience we have had.
